Communication is easy and issues have always been resolved quickly.<br><br>Lucy, in particular, is brilliant. She genuinely cares, has valuable prior experience in other sectors and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough.
8th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Heathgate are the management agents of our block.<br>Shabz is the manager for the block and I do genuinely feel he cares for the residents.<br>No management agent is perfect but after having 3 in as many years I can say that Heathgate are responsive, approachable (very rare for managing agents) and sensible. Shabz sorted an issue for our home that had been ongoing for over a year and caused us a great deal of stress and I am very grateful for this.
13th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We had an excellent experience dealing with Sonia in the St John's Wood Sales Office.<br><br>From the outset, she took the time to understand our requirements and, refreshingly, only introduced us to properties that genuinely met our criteria.<br><br>Her responsiveness was exceptional, and her knowledge of the St John’s Wood property market is second to none. She was always fully informed about competing properties on the market, recent sales and achieved values, providing invaluable insight throughout our search.<br><br>Sonia is proactive, professional and a genuine pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Thank you- 30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you’re selling a flat in Highgate, use Litchfields! They handled the sale of my mother’s flat which was not an easy sell and, in a difficult market, they not only found the perfect buyer but they also were so supportive, responsive and kind. John handled the pre-sale arrangements showing the flat to its best and even watering the plants for us when we weren’t around; Giselle handled the post-offer arrangements and she was super-efficient, helpful and a real ‘unblocker of obstacles’. Despite a recalcitrant managing agent, we managed to go from offer to completion on a flat in just two months. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !
10th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

I would really recommend calling Nelson estates up if you’re looking for a property around the area and haven’t had much luck. I have already referred multiple friends over, absolutely recommend this real estate agency and especially my agent Aston!!

Alex was fantastic throughout: responsive, professional and very easy to work with, which made completing the purchase straightforward. I'd highly recommend AW Childs, and Alex in particular, to anyone looking to rent or buy.
4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

Of course, the market was a factor, but the advice increasingly seemed to be simply to reduce the price. We eventually decided it was time for a change.<br><br>From our first conversations, Goldschmidt felt completely different. There was no hard sell, just honest, considered advice and a level of knowledge and professionalism that genuinely stood out. I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical at first, but the difference quickly became apparent: their understanding of the local area and market, the way they approach viewings and prospective buyers, their sales strategy and, importantly, their communication throughout the process were all on another level.<br><br>They ultimately looked after both our sale and our onward purchase, and I really couldn’t fault the experience. Richard leads a fantastic team and everyone has been exceptional; Anthony, Daniel and Raphael all looked after us impeccably from start to finish.<br><br>Having dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, I can honestly say Goldschmidt stands out. Professional, knowledgeable, straightforward and genuinely good people to deal with.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area.

Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process so much smoother and easier for us.<br><br>A special thank you to Clare, who was always so lovely and helpful.
