From start to finish, he was a true professional — thorough, responsive, and extremely efficient. I needed to secure a flat quickly, and Hamza acted fast to make the process as smooth as possible. He handled the formalities promptly, helped move things along without delay, and ensured the tenancy agreement was completed on time. Even after the main formalities were done, Hamza continued to be consistently helpful, answering my ad-hoc questions and providing support whenever needed. I truly appreciate his dedication, professionalism, and quick communication. Many thanks to Hamza and his team for all their support in helping me find my flat. We had had a bad experience with another agent before switching to Martyn Gerrard and we really noticed the difference in how we were treated and how they worked with us. Useful feedback was given after every viewing and we really felt like they were on our side and trying to get the best outcome for us (and not just push us to sell as quickly as possible to get them their commission). I would definitely use Martyn Gerrard again.

From my first contact she talked me through the shared ownership process so I could support my 21 year old son to find his first flat. Azra didn't rush us during the viewings and was always on hand and quick to respond to any queries, her knowledge and experience are second to none! I now have a very happy son, thank-you Azra!

23rd May 2026 (27 days ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

She was proactive, responsive, and took the time to properly understand my requirements, budget, and situation. What stood out was how helpful and honest she was throughout the process - from arranging viewings efficiently to suggesting relevant off-market properties. Even when an offer fell through, she quickly arranged another nearby viewing that same day. Although I didn’t end up securing a property through Knight Frank this time, I really appreciated Christina’s professionalism and helpful approach throughout the search process.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation.
