21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I dealt with Druce Marylebone while looking for a flat, and one of their staff members, Amber, was class. What really stood out was that she kept trying to find me the right place and stayed in touch throughout. With some other agencies, after a week you don’t hear much back, but Amber genuinely made the effort. She was professional, always on time, and reliable. She gave me a really good impression of Druce Marylebone, and based on my experience with her, I’d definitely recommend the agency.

Communication is easy and issues have always been resolved quickly.<br><br>Lucy, in particular, is brilliant. She genuinely cares, has valuable prior experience in other sectors and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend highly enough.

She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole purchasing process and played such a big part in helping us secure our dream property.<br><br>Helen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and was on hand to give really insightful advice throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier!<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and so grateful that Helen played a part in helping us get there!

24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I initially emailed regarding a property viewing and waited several days without receiving a response. I then called the office and spoke to a member of staff who took my contact details and said she would pass my enquiry to the agent handling the property. Unfortunately, I never received a call back.<br>I understand that agents can be busy, but after making contact twice and receiving no follow-up, I found the communication very poor and felt that my enquiry was not taken seriously
9th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Marc and the team at Hugh F Shaw have been excellent to deal with throughout the purchase of my property. The process took around 6 months from offer to completion. Marc was there every step of the way -honest, frank, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. Helping keep things moving and quick to sort out queries and paperwork as they came up, as well as accommodating multiple viewings on short notice; all without ever making the process feel stressful or pressured and while always being helpful and easy to reach whenever needed.<br><br>Would highly recommend Marc and the team to anyone buying or selling.

13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)RUN AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY.<br><br>My experience with Coopers of London, particularly dealing with Mr. William Delaney and Anne Hughes, was appalling. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to think twice before renting a property managed by this agency.<br><br>We experienced serious disrepair involving leaks, water damage, pest concerns, and months of disruptive construction work. Despite documenting the problems extensively with photographs, videos, and emails, communication was repeatedly confrontational and dismissive rather than constructive or professional.<br><br>We endured more than three months of building works while continuing to pay full rent, even though parts of the property — including the bathroom — were unusable. Their proposed solution? We were told to use the bathroom at a nearby gym. Workers also stole and damaged personal belongings when we were not in the property and despite raising these concerns agency deliberately chose to enter the property without our authorization.<br><br>The handling of access to the property was equally concerning. There were repeated attempts to arrange or obtain access without what I considered proper consent or reasonable coordination, causing significant stress and disruption.<br><br>One incident during COVID was particularly shocking. As an asthmatic tenant concerned about unnecessary exposure, I asked that property viewings take place while we were present and provided several alternative time slots. Rather than treating those concerns respectfully, William Delaney described my medical concerns in writing as “spurious” and proceeded with a viewing despite our objection.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, I felt there was an extraordinary lack of accountability, empathy, and basic professionalism. Instead of feeling that serious problems with our home were being addressed, we repeatedly found ourselves having to document issues, chase responses, and defend perfectly reasonable concerns.<br><br>This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a property agency.<br><br>I cannot recommend Coopers of London under any circumstances. If you value respectful communication, proper handling of maintenance problems, and a professional relationship with the people managing your home, my advice is simple: RUN AWAY and find another agency.

After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

19th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)We had lovely stay at this property. It is an excellent location close to tube and bus stops, shops and restaurants. The 3 bedrooms were perfect size for our family. The flat was well stocked, had clear instructions and recommendations were provided and communication with James was excellent. James went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
