London Estates has been outstanding, and it’s clear they care a lot about their tenants and properties. John and the whole team were always so kind and quick with any maintenance concerns we had regarding the flat. I would easily recommend them to anyone looking to rent in London!

24th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.
29th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.
27th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our recent house search , one which should have been pretty hard for any agent, we were so lucky and very happy to be dealing with Adam at Knight Frank. A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

2nd Oct 2026 (7 days ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert

23rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Dear TAUK Management Team.<br>I am writing to formally log a serious complaint regarding the highly unprofessional conduct and poor customer service I experienced with one of your partner agents Thomas Montclair,last week.<br>As a motivated buyer, I contacted your office to arrange a viewing for a bungalow currently listed with your agency in Southampton.<br>My experience was as follows:<br>After several unreturned calls to Mr Montclair spanning over three hours, I was required to contact his colleague, Sarah, to request assistance.<br>When Mr Montclair eventually responded via text message, the justification given for the delay was highly informal and unprofessional for a business context.<br>When I eventually spoke with Mr Montclair and asked a standard question had anyone died in the property his response was immediately dismissive and defensive and you are not going to but the bungalow.<br>Despite my reassurances that my query was not a deal-breaker but I would like to know the answer Mr Montclair became explicitly rude and abrupt.<br>Refusal of Service and Interpersonal Misconduct: When I attempted to de-escalate the situation by suggesting we had gotten off on the wrong foot, Mr Montclair made several personal, derogatory remarks about my character, saying I was condesending and confrontational.<br>He then abruptly terminated the call after stating that he chose who he did business with because it was his company.<br>Following this, multiple attempts were made by myself, a family friend, and my husband to reopen communication and mediate the situation constructively. Mr Montclair has entirely ignored all subsequent voicemails and phone calls.As a self-employed personal agent representing the TAUK brand, Mr Montclair’s behavior actively misrepresents your network’s standards of client care. His refusal to engage with a genuine buyer directly contradicts the best interests of your client—the vendor selling the property.I request that this matter be investigated internally and that a representative from management contacts me to discuss how this will be rectified.Yours sincerely.<br>Mr & Mrs Cappleman,

Not only do they always answer our calls but they are constantly checking in and making sure we are happy with our rental. Really take the time to check in and make sure we are happy and well sorted. Lovely staff and very helpful!
