28th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)We have recently vacated the property after living there for 10 years, and we would like to take the opportunity to thank Sonia Estates for all their help and support throughout the years.<br>Sonia Estates were the agents who helped us move into the property ten years ago, and it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. Communication has always been good, and whenever we needed assistance, they were helpful and professional.<br>Even after such a long tenancy, the process of vacating the property was very smooth and straightforward, which we really appreciated during what was already a busy time for us.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Sonia Estates for your professionalism and support over the past ten years. We have genuinely appreciated dealing with you and would happily recommend your services to others.

We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.<br><br>We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.<br><br>After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?<br><br>Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
25th May 2026 (20 weeks ago)I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. From day one, the team here was a breath of fresh air. They actually understand the local market intimately, were completely realistic with their strategy, and were incredibly proactive. Communication was flawless throughout, they qualified their buyers properly, and they managed to secure a fantastic sale for me in no time. If you want a sophisticated, professional estate agent who actually delivers results instead of just a slick corporate sales pitch, save yourself the time and go straight to them.

The team were brilliant throughout the whole process — responsive, professional, and always quick to chase up the little details that come up during a sale, even outside normal hours. They kept things moving smoothly right through to completion and made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely manageable. Would highly recommend the team to anyone selling in the area.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

24th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Have been in this property for 5 years now and it’s the most painful process when something needs to be fixed. There’s been occasions we’ve been ghosted for literally an entire year with regards to property management related stuff. Sometimes they give you hope and suggest someone is coming or ask for more details, only for them to not turn up or ghost you again. You have to chase them via email, phone calls, WhatsApps every day to finally get any movement. I would not recommend renting with these guys unless you have time alongside your day job to be constantly chasing them and sending them reminders.
