30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Jade and Victor really put in the effort to find my grandmother à home. Other estate agents wouldn’t even give her the time of day but they made her feel valued and respected and in the end she got what she wanted. Couldn’t recommend Bryan Maher more! Thanks again guys for making a sweet old lady happy.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)our staff in charged is Adriana Daley, she is every nice and made the whole process going smoothly.
5th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Worst estate agents in Edgware.

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)Many thanks to Kam, he got involved each time to sort things out when contacted.
Thank you for your help and time to sort things out.
Kind regards Costel!
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Extremely professional service. We really have an excellent experience with the agency and our agent Rehan! Highly recommended!
22nd Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had the pleasure of working with Ronnie, Jeeten and Kiran on a recent let. I found them to be extremely professional, efficient and informative throughout the process. They provided great advice, kept me well informed and delivered an excellent overall service. I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend their services.
29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We called almost every day and emailed several times, and were repeatedly told they were waiting for the landlord to confirm access and provide the keys for a viewing for a 1 bed flat in NW7.

We made it clear we were very interested and asked for our names to be placed at the top of the list. We also spoke to Leo, who reassured us that the property was still available yesterday.

After all of this, we called today only to be told that someone had already placed an offer and paid a deposit. The communication throughout was extremely poor and we feel we were completely misled. How did someone make an offer if the landlord did not give the keys?

Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency.
20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Rented a flat in Islington from Fraser & Co from 2023 - 2024 with lots of maintenance issues. No hot water for the first 5 weeks. Items left behind from a previous tenant. Freezer drawers coming apart.
9th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)This is a factual account of our stay at 298 Gray’s Inn Road (Flat B), managed by Carter Reeves, on 08/07/2026.

During our stay, we discovered an active, deep-seated bed bug infestation across all three bedrooms. We have concrete video and photographic evidence of multiple live adult bed bugs on the bedding and live nymphs crawling on the walls. The presence of multiple life stages across every single bedroom indicates a severe, long-term infestation that could only occur through a complete failure of basic preventative maintenance.

The property advertises that guests have access to 24/7 contact support during their stay. However, when we discovered the infestation and called the emergency number at 2:00 AM, we were texted back and told to text our issue instead. The moment we replied and informed them of the live bed bug infestation, they completely ignored all further communication.

Because management abandoned their advertised 24/7 support obligations, I was forced to evacuate the apartment with my children at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded in central London in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.

Since our stay, we have been made aware of at least three specific, previous complaints regarding bed bugs at this exact property that were raised directly with management. Every single one of these prior warnings was completely ignored, showing a calculated pattern of negligence. Carter Reeves has willfully disregarded documented guest complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property to unsuspecting families.

A review of historical feedback reveals that multiple previous guests have explicitly warned this management team about bed bug issues at this address. Carter Reeves has willfully ignored these public complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property.
This matter has been officially escalated to Camden Council’s Environmental Health department with our full evidence pack for formal statutory investigation and enforcement action. Booking.com has also been notified of the severe safety breach. Avoid this property at all costs.
26th May 2024 (2 years ago)ABC Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The level of service from both their Edgware and Hendon offices is totally professional and welcoming. 18th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.
She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.
When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.
At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.
She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.
She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.
I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Aaron did a great job in selling our home recently. He has a great deal of local knowledge and connections within millbrook
31st Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)????? Highly recommend Akash at The Property Club

Akash recently helped me sell my property, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was highly organised, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly carried out thorough research before offering advice - everything was backed by insight, rather than guesswork.

His communication was excellent throughout the entire process: responsive, transparent, and professional. What impressed me most was the personal service. Unlike my previous experiences with larger high-street and franchise estate agents, I never felt like just another client. The difference in the level of care, attention, and expertise was genuinely noticeable.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Akash to anyone looking to buy or sell property. I look forward to working with him again on my future property investments.

Thank you again, Akash!
