They’re professional, reliable, and always quick to respond.<br>We rented our first apartment in London through them after moving here, and we’ve now been living in it for almost two years. We really love our apartment and have had very few issues. Whenever something did come up, they were quick to respond and help resolve it.<br><br>We’re especially happy to have worked with James. He’s always been helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great agency, thank you!

Their communication has been excellent throughout, and they made the whole process of buying a property feel so easy and straightforward. Jay was amazing and extremely professional. He has great knowledge, kept on top of everything throughout the process, and was always there to help and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Infinity Property and Jay, Kam and Satish to anyone looking to buy, sale or rent a property. Fantastic service from start to finish!
11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before choosing Hilton & Fox at wembley alperton as your letting agent. Unfortunately, my experience with them over several years was very disappointing.<br><br>To be fair, there are a few members of staff who are helpful and professional. However, my overall experience with the few of the staff was poor. I often received rude or dismissive responses, and I frequently had to contact them two or three times before getting a reply. Even after receiving a response, I was often left feeling that my concerns had not been properly understood or addressed.<br><br>What concerned me most was the way repairs, safety, and security issues were handled. Problems could take a very long time to be resolved, and sometimes I felt that there was little urgency or follow-up. As a tenant, I understand that expensive repairs may not always be completed immediately, but tenants deserve clear communication, regular updates, and reassurance that their safety and living conditions are being taken seriously.<br><br>I was particularly disappointed by comments such as, “If it were your own house, would you fix an expensive problem in one day, or would you try to find a cheaper price and wait?” I found this attitude very frustrating. The issue isn't necessarily about expecting everything to be fixed immediately; it is about how tenants are treated and communicated with while waiting for a solution.<br><br>I don't want to name individual staff members because I don't want anyone to lose their job. However, I genuinely believe the company needs to provide better training and make it clear that tenants should always be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. Whatever pressures staff may be dealing with, those should never result in tenants receiving rude or dismissive treatment.<br><br>Looking back, I wish I had made a formal complaint much earlier. My advice to anyone considering renting through Hilton & Fox is simple: pay close attention to how they communicate with you from the beginning. If you receive a rude, dismissive, or unsatisfactory response, don't just accept it—raise a complaint and ask for the matter to be properly addressed.<br>Unfortunately, I continued to experience the same problems throughout my tenancy, right up until the end.<br>Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. Tenants deserve to feel that their concerns, safety, and security matter. Based on my personal experience, this is an area where Hilton & Fox needs significant improvement.

Lucy showed us a number of properties today and her excellent advise, professionalism and expertise helped us secure a lovely new apartment. I would highly recommend Lucy and Becker and Co to anyone looking for an apartment to rent. We cant wait to move in later this month!
13th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

12th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Daniels Estate Company, particularly Mason Beaumont and Hydar Alhakim.<br><br>From the very beginning, we felt that the process was not transparent. We sent numerous emails and left several messages requesting a call back, but our attempts to communicate were repeatedly ignored.<br><br>As a result, we lost a significant amount of money, and the buyer of our house also suffered financial loss. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, we would **not use Daniels Estate Company again**, and we would **not recommend them to anyone**. We expected a professional, transparent and responsive service, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.
