Good communication all the way through and explained each step of the process clearly. Dan was quick to chase up others in the chain and ensure he always knew what the latest information was to keep us in the loop. Thoroughly recommend if you're after a personal touch for selling/buying from someone who knows what they're doing and will keep in touch with you throughout.
14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)If you have a property to let out, do not use these Estate Agents. I have been trying to get them to pay out for the damages that was caused when the tenant moved out. They let out my home on a "no deposit basis" and then took out insufficient insurance to pay out for significant damages. That was 4 months ago and I still haven't been able to move back home!

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend
17th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)What can I say we brought a house through Chapplins and sold ours through Charters. Chapplins were absolutely brilliant dealt with Selina and she could not of done enough she chased the chain from top to bottom and was brilliant, the only reason we did not use Chapplins to sell our house was the price they quoted, other than that brilliant.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!
19th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Having just bought a property with the help of the staff at Byrne and Co I can only rate this operation with full 5 stars.<br>From the moment I arranged my first viewing to the day of completion there has always been someone, either John or Helen or any of the other staff there, to assist or chase things along.<br>I would not hesitate to use Byrne and Co again, they seemed to have a very traditional attitude towards customer service that in my experience is so much more effective that the "corporate" agents that I have dealt with in recent years.
18th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were with Pearson's in Fareham for 4 years renting. Lizzie and Della were absolutely great. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always helpful with a smile. They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

8th Sep 2026 (19 days ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

He made what was, potentially, a stressful experience simple and easy. Do look into engaging them if you are considering selling - you won’t be disappointed.

Their approach to property sales and lettings feels more personal than the usual estate agency experience, and I appreciate the emphasis on clear communication and having a dedicated point of contact. The team comes across as professional, approachable and knowledgeable about the local market. A good option for anyone looking for a property service that feels organised, transparent and focused on the client.

Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus! We cannot recommend them highly enough.<br>Help yourself and pop into the office , you will be delighted as well as served well by super people and not dissapointed.

Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.
