14th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Although our sale turned into a VERY lengthy ordeal, I must say it was not the fault of Charters. Their communication after the initial sale was really first class and the after sales team kept us up to date when news came. They were equally as frustrated as we were with all the solicitors involved in the sale and I am still at a loss as to why that process took nearly 6 months! First class service from start to finish from Charters though
30th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)????? I had a fantastic experience with Cubitt & West Portsmouth Estate Agents at Exchange House, Hilsea. From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with clear communication and patience. The whole experience felt smooth and well-managed, and I always felt like I was in good hands. They were quick to respond to any questions and made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and more straightforward. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in the Portsmouth area. Excellent service from start to finish.
12th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)We bought our home in the centre of Wickham through Harringtons this summer. Although as a buyer we don’t pay estate agent fees, we had a great service from Harringtons. John was very obliging with our requests for viewings and information and helped ensure the whole process ran smoothly. Helen was super helpful behind the scenes ensuring that there were no delays in the chain and the process was wrapped up within our planned time scales. We are really delighted with our new home and the service we received from Harringtons. I can’t imagine moving from this home but if we did, I would definitely choose the team at Harringtons to support us.- 29th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I had a really great experience with Your Move, everyone was so friendly and easy to deal with. There were quite a few moments where I felt a bit out of my depth and wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but the team were always super patient and happy to explain things in a way that actually made sense. It made everything feel way less stressful than I expected. Big thank you to Samantha Morse who was honestly amazing, she helped me out so much and never made me feel silly for asking loads of questions. Would definitely recommend!

The communication was extremely good and every member of staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Darren and all the team.
17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.
2nd Feb 2026 (14 weeks ago)This is the second house for which we have used Charters in Bishops Waltham, having previously tried other estate agents. We found their local property knowledge and professionalism, under Andrew’s stewardship, to be second to none, with honest and timely advice throughout. We have recommended Charters to others, who have also been very happy with the service.

We faced some complications, as often happens when buying a house, but Garreth was present throughout, kept regular contact and remained positive which we needed. Every question we had was answered by Garreth and we can’t fault the support he provided. Highly recommend Rok Marsh and particularly Garreth!!

We viewed with Becky and, although the house wasn't in the best state at the time, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating in helping us see the potential in a lovely home. We then were helped by Emily throughout the referencing process, who was responsive, professional and a really valuable contact for any questions we had. The whole process has been seamless, and the cottage was professionally cleaned and in a great condition on move in day, as promised.

Phil was the agent I purchased my property from and from start to finish he did everything in his power to get the whole chain to complete, going over and above considering he was not my selling agent. We had a very tight deadline and if it wasn’t for Phil being proactive, I’m not sure it would have happened. If I ever was to move again, I would definitely use Phil and would recommend him to everyone.

I was really impressed with how thorough you all were, familiarising yourselves with our house before going live, to be able to better showcase it effectively. We felt comfortable leaving our home in your hands. It was beneficial having a local branch to be able to pop in for any queries and updates and you always made us feel at ease and welcome. Our initial contact was with Lisa whom was very professional and talked us through the sale process and best way to marketing our house. The viewings were conducted by Vicente, Olivia and Anita whom all did a fantastic job showing potential buyers round our home. Together (including those working behind the scene) the Morris Dibben team made selling our house as stress free as possible and for that we are thankful.
