5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We recently sold our property through Hamptons Fleet and have been very pleased with the service we received throughout. The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
20th May 2026 (30 days ago)2020 9th Sept. Martin from CARSONS came to value our property in Northfield, Lightwater. "Realistic selling price £550k" (as we needed to sell quickly as we had our hopes on buying another property). 14th Sept photographs and plan completed 15th Sept, sales negotiators all came so they knew what they’d be talking about on accompanied viewings 15 Sept p.m. property went live Between the 17th & 22nd we had 14 viewings (+ another two 2nd viewings) we had 7 offers from 4 parties. We accepted final offer on the 23rd and completed in December....... Well done CARSONS. Comparing that experience when two years earlier we were tied in to a 22 week contract with another Estate Agent who falsely raise sellers hopes of achieving a higher price than they’d originally expected (presumedly to get the contract) and saying they had many viewings lined up = 3 in three weeks and 5 in six weeks! Suggested reducing the asking price by 5% after three weeks (a very common practise for them). Contract selling fees incorrect and sale board not erected for weeks. Their staff didn’t know what they are talking about and repeatedly told lies .....And more importantly THEY DONT SELL THE PROPERTY WHEN THEY NEED TO....pretty rubbish really!

Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood Wokingham to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

She has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I also dealt with Bethany while Sarah was on holiday and she was also most helpful and supportive. I would no hesitation in recommending this Office based on my personal experience.

He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Eleanor and Jordan were great during the whole process, ranging from the successful marketing, very well organised viewings and the subsequent useful feedback, to liaising with the buyers and solicitors. Absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them!

Very friendly and professional, and made navigating a stressful situation a lot more manageable. Luke took all the stress off us and worked with all parties to get our house sale over the line. Dach will be the only Estate Agents we will ever recommend to friends and family now. I couldn't speak more highly of them. Professional, friendly and incredibly hard working with a wealth of knowledge.
