10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.

14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Professional yet friendly and down to earth - experts in the town, I am a qualified person in my field so I am always shocked how many estate agents are not - but at Brock Taylor they are - and you can tell. it also tells me a lot about a business that they do this when there is no legal requirement to do so. My house was sold and the progression to completion was excellent.. I dealt with Peter and Angel Mostly, but the while team were excellent.
8th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)The communication with the staff (Hayley) was first rate. Not only was she knowledgeable about selling my property but she was a mine of information on areas I was unfamiliar with. This sale was my mother’s home before she passed and I was clueless!

Feedback on property viewing not always forthcoming and have to be chased.- 21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.

22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.
25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)I approached KMJ immediately when i decided to sell my property as they were very local to me and i’d heard positive things in the past, they’re a well respected estate agent within my village and have a reputation of having a good knowledge of the area, something i thought was important in respect of the property i was selling relative to its location.<br>I can honestly say that my experience with them was first class. From Marks first valuation visit which i felt was honest and realistic , to the expedient listing and admin to get it market , securing an offer within 7 days they absolutely outperformed my expectations.<br>The conveyancing process to my mind took an age, and i felt particularly anxious throughout, but KMJ in this area particularly excelled, Suzanne in sales progression was absolutely fantastic, she was quick to assist with any enquiries, often responding within minutes, tirelessly chased the chain, and i never felt for one minute that she wasn’t on top of the whole process. I cannot thank KMJ and all of their team involved enough for making a process which was particularly stressful for me a considerably easier one knowing that they had everything in hand. I would not hesitate to recommend KMJ to anyone and would most certainly use them again should the time arise. Thank you KMJ.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. I’m pleased to report that this was also reflected in his dealings with us throughout the sale process; he had a calming influence during potentially stressful periods and was never less than professional in all aspects of the process.<br>Their fees are very competitive and the quality of their marketing material is high. Communication is excellent and at no point did we feel in the dark or not in control of the process. They took on board our suggestions and preferences, but gently guided us where this was appropriate. Well done, Jake!<br>In summary, they’re an excellent Estate Agent and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mansel McTaggert Horley to either friends or family.
