8th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

9th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)Rob was very friendly and quick with responses during the process of booking viewings, whether this was through emails or over the phone, making it an easy and stress free process for us. Blake was very friendly and professional during the viewings. He made us feel comfortable when showing us multiple properties, telling us useful information about each but also giving us advice and guidance through the process, which helps a lot when you’re a first time buyer.
13th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Stupidly agreed to a free valuation with no pressure however after deciding we wouldn’t be selling for a while and telling them that, I’ve had call after call from both the Crawley office and another local office. I emailed them to ask that my details be removed from their systems which was acknowledged however the calls continued. I answered one of the calls and again explained I’m not moving and to remove me from their list. They apologised and said they would update their records…..still calls! I got a call yesterday again asking if I wanted an updated valuation. I declined. Yet I’ve been called again today. I will be blocking them if I get called again as it’s bordering harassment now. It’s actually off putting and now, even if I did decide to put my house on the market, it wouldn’t be with fox and sons.

From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, approachable, and professional. We mainly interacted with Josh, Callum, Hayley, and Martin, and they were all extremely helpful and supportive at every stage. They always treated us with respect, kept us informed, and made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother. The whole team was excellent, including the mortgage advisors, surveyors, and solicitors they recommended. Everything was handled efficiently and we felt well guided throughout the journey. Overall, it was a very positive experience for us, and we truly appreciate the support from the Connells team. We would definitely recommend Connells, Crawley to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. ?????

It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

From the very beginning all the way through to completion, she was incredibly supportive, professional, and proactive. Buying a property can often be stressful, but Sarah and the HP Staff made the entire process feel much smoother. She did a fantastic job acting as the bridge between us as buyers and the seller, ensuring communication was always clear and timely. Whenever questions or issues came up, she was quick to respond and always kept everyone informed, which really helped keep the process moving forward. What stood out most was her dedication and genuine care. She consistently went the extra mile to make sure things stayed on track and that both sides felt comfortable and informed at every stage. It really felt like she was invested in helping us reach a positive outcome.
