4th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Our first review mysteriously disappeared, and I wouldn’t usually go to the trouble of leaving another were it not for the genuinely fantastic experience we had with Hamptons. The entire team were incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. We were buying a home and Callum was the agent, and we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. He provided us with excellent advice throughout, and we really appreciated the depth of experience he has with the market and the local area. It made such a difference having him and the team to call on. They were genuinely brilliant! We would gladly go through them again, and would recommend to anyone looking to buy in the area.

He responded quickly to my initial enquiry, explained the process clearly, and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>The marketing was excellent, with Richard taking fantastic photographs that showcased my flat beautifully. Phil was always responsive, patient, and proactive, keeping things moving and making sure I was informed every step of the way.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phil and the team at Your Move. Their professionalism, responsiveness, support, and genuine kindness made all the difference.

They weren’t overbearing during the property search like other big agents, and everything felt very streamlined and professional. 6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Would highly recommend Stanfords after selling our flat with them recently - we mostly dealt with Alex and Sean, and Robyn did an incredible job with the photos.<br><br>We had a number of agents over to value the flat and we chose Stanfords because they are a local, independent agent. Alex did the valuation and was approachable and honest, and gave us confidence that they would do a great job of selling the flat. We also liked his 'to market' approach, which was realistic, like his valuation.<br><br>The flat sold in it's first weekend and Alex and team made sure the sale progressed nicely throughout. They were communicative and always available as the sale progressed, and provided useful advice when our onward purchase plans changed. Thanks for all your help!

Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. It’s been a real pleasure having the team’s support the whole way - thank you for helping us in our first-time buying journey!

Was introduced to him by a corporate firm in Hong Kong and they didn’t let me down, you get a personal and fast approach from him and hes always on the phone when needed. Fast and strong company to deal with, I have used several over the years in my time but all 6 of my properties are now with ernest brooks under Elliot I would simply have no need to use anyone else. If your looking for a good international exposed estate agency I couldn’t recommend Elliot and Ernest Brooks team anymore, easy communication from Asia and a lovely relationship formed over the years ?????? If you live in Asia and need estate agency help, speak to Elliot Rainbow in London hes the best and go from there!

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.
