He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. I'm not sure our sale would have gone through without him and I wouldn't consider a different agent if trying to sell in the area!

He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — competent, responsive, proactive, kind, and professional.<br><br>The sale turned out to be much more complicated than expected, with legal difficulties meaning that the process took over two years to complete. Throughout that entire time, Phil stayed in touch, kept me updated and did everything he could to keep things moving along. Even though I was dealing with everything internationally, his communication was excellent and I always felt that things were being looked after. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience feel remarkably stress-free. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without him.<br><br>Phil also went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He was incredibly helpful with all sorts of practical things that I would normally have dealt with myself if I had been in London — from replacing batteries in smoke detectors to meeting contractors and helping coordinate things on my behalf.<br><br>He was an absolute delight to deal with: warm, friendly, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m incredibly grateful for all his help and would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for an estate agent.

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

We spoke to four different estate agents in the area, and it was clear from our first meeting that Stanfords’ service was knowledgeable, professional and proactive. Throughout the process of selling our flat, both Alex and Grace were an absolute pleasure to deal with and were extremely quick and thorough with all communication. If you’re considering selling a property in the area, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The team takes care of everything from coordinating the tenants, handling repairs, inspection, ensuring compliance, and collecting the rents without consulting me unless they need to make any decisions.

21st Aug 2026 (27 days ago)An estate agent that actually puts the legwork into selling your property, and are very, very good at it. Having had an underwhelming experience with a national agency they were in night and day in their approach thanks to Graham and Michaela. Frank advice about what I needed to do before my flat was listed. Brilliant marketing materials and stunning photography. I admit, I wasn't sure if I wanted to sell then(!) but they attracted serious viewings and I got an offer I couldn't refuse a week after my property was listed which I wasn't expecting in this market. Michaela then stayed on side throughout the flat sale, checking things were moving, liaising on questions and offering support (and reassurance!). All the way to completion. These guys know the market and don't take their clients for granted. If you're lucky enough to be selling in their catchment area, I don't know why you'd use anybody else. Totally earned their (very reasonable) commission.

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process, answered all of our questions, and kept everything moving smoothly.<br><br>As first time buyers, my wife and I were understandably nervous about the whole process. 6th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Hi,<br>I just closed on an apartment on Fentiman rd.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s were simply excellent. This was not a straightforward purchase as the property was rented so access to the property was awkward to arrange and then the tenants had to be moved to allow the closing. Additionally the owner was abroad.<br><br>Justin had to work hard to make this happen but always was super responsive to me and moved mountains to help us achieve a very tight timeline so that we could achieve our deadline to complete.<br><br>Justin and Bhoday’s deep knowledge of the business and his hard working attitude is invaluable. We will be contacting Bhoday’s again for future property deals.<br><br>Jim O’Leary
