30th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

29th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)FJL produced a very good brochure with nice photos but they suggested we reduce the asking price which they recommended in the beginning. They had the house on the market for 5 months but we never received an offer even when.price was reduced.

Cameron was super responsive, supportive and helpful whenever we needed him. You hear all sorts of bad stories about landlords / agents - Cameron and Brown & Brooke buck that trend happily!
26th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Recently worked with Heath Estates on a rental transaction. Unfortunately, there was a complication. Never wanted, but these things happen in life. Sue, Sarah and the team handled the issue quickly, graciously and with the utmost integrity. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

31st May 2026 (26 days ago)I selected Dexters as I had bought the flat from them 8 years ago in Charlton and was impressed by the service I received from Demie and Maria. However the staff has completely changed since and it feels like it’s run by not so experienced people. Lot of communication errors , not following up on time . Many times I got a feeling my flat was not the priority and weekly calls felt like “tick in the box” calls where it was clearly apparent the agent was multitasking raffling papers in background while having conversation. No single point of contact who is selling the flat, being passed around agent to agent. It was evident that the communication within the team wasn’t there which affected the sale . I would not recommend dexters .
7th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!

22nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 star, I would. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.

19th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Poor experience with this letting agent, not helped by the tightest landlord (Kate) who wouldn't pay for repairs to be done in a timely manner, leaving our family in tricky circumstances more than once. When they do eventually send someone over to complete the work, it'll be done shoddily. I hope that £43 you managed to claim back via the DPS versus the nearly £800 you asked for is helpful :) To any renters - be under no illusion, the letting agent works for the landlord and is not there to help you in the slightest. This specific letting agents manager will suggest you scrape and replaster the bathroom ceiling (which was poorly maintained by the landlord) yourself "to make the house your own".

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. I really enjoyed my time living at the property and always felt safe and comfortable there. I truly appreciate everything. Thank you!

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.

Secrea's patient guidance and clear expertise demystified the entire reassignments process for us. She always kept us informed and responded promptly to our queries. Billy's proactive approach and exceptional communication skills were crucial in keeping things on track. He liaised with solicitors and efficiently resolved challenges, from documents to securing the completion date. We felt completely supported and informed throughout.
