30th Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Fantastic. Selling a house can be scary. I'd lived in my house for 33 years and process has changed so much. By Jackie and Marie held my hand the whole way. When I asked for advise it was given in a kind manner not a hard we know best way. Everything was explained so I could understand it. They even spoke to the solicitors for me. I truly felt in safe hand. Our house sold in a good time at the wanted price. Totally recommend them.
17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Deposit withheld on baseless claims, mould ignored for 6 months - DPS ruled fully in our favour<br><br>We rented a flat managed by Century 21 London Central (Rochester Row) for nearly two years; the property was owned by Marmora Ltd. KFH managed the building when we moved in and unfortunately the landlord moved management to Century 21 after a few months.<br>Our experience with agent Dusan Plesko was dreadful from start to finish.<br><br>At the end of our tenancy, Dusan ignored our emails for weeks, responding only after we escalated to the Deposit Protection Service. He then claimed £1,740 of our deposit for an Octopus Energy bill that was addressed to the landlord - not us. We were never Octopus customers; our supply was with OVO, who confirmed in writing that we had no liability to Octopus, and whose bill we have paid in full. At adjudication, Dusan submitted no evidence whatsoever. The DPS ruled fully in our favour. Months of our time wasted on an attempt to take our deposit for someone else's bill.<br><br>During the tenancy, we reported extensive bathroom mould in August 2025 - across the walls and ceiling, with the wall rotting away near the shower. An inspection identified a structural cause (an extractor vent leading nowhere). Instead of fixing it, Dusan replaced a working extractor fan, an unnecessary cost to the landlord which we pointed out at the time, and left the mould untreated. Repairs were finally done in late January 2026, conveniently the week before viewings for new tenants began.<br><br>When we offered a 15% rent increase to extend our tenancy, we received no response. Before we moved out the flat was listed for higher than our offer. After we moved out, the flat was listed at exactly the figure we had offered - and let at that price (or lower). We've seen no evidence our offer was ever put to the landlord, the landlord incurred costs related to finding new tenants and lost rent for the period the flat was unoccupied.<br><br>Reading other reviews, our experience isn't unique; inflated deposit claims and ignored maintenance appear repeatedly. Landlords (including Marmora Ltd) should ask serious questions about how their properties and tenants are being handled. Tenants: document everything from day one, and don't hesitate to go straight to the DPS.
15th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent

From the very beginning to completion, Doug and his team provided an exceptional level of service and went above and beyond our expectations.<br><br>He worked extremely hard to manage the timeline, kept everything on track, and handled any problems that arose in a very efficient and professional way. His communication, dedication, and ability to find solutions made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was the special and unique video he and his team created to showcase the property. It showed his creativity, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best result.<br><br>Doug was not just an estate agent — he was someone who truly cared and put in the extra effort throughout the whole journey. 29th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)We bought our first house with Adam and when it came time to sell it 5 years later we were very happy to use Kenton again. Their fee is very competitive but its their communication and efforts in driving the sales process through to completion that is top notch. They aren't pushy or too salesy and definitely have the best interests of the vendor as their main focus.

15th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AS A BUYER - AVOID HAMPTONS!??<br><br>Called their Blackheath office to book a viewing to see Masons Hill, Woolwich.<br><br>We agreed to view on 4 Saturday July at 11:15 a.m but Susan called later and told me she couldn't accommodate me at 11.15am. I explained to her that I have many viewings lined up the next two Saturdays as I live far and I cannot come in earlier or attend during weekdays.<br><br>I explained that I am a full cash buyer. Later, the woman said you're not special. We have many fully cash buyers. Needless to say fully cash buyers, no mortgage is actually rare so Susan is being deceitful and is not operating in line with the Ombudsman Code of Conduct and have reported this to the Ombudsman.<br><br>Susan was rude, obnoxious and unpleasant to deal with. Rather than being or taking the sympathetic approach, she takes the direct and rude approach.<br><br>Horrendous experience as a prospective full cash buyer and have second thoughts on viewing properties with Hamptons.

29th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dealt with Lovelle a fair amount over the years and it’s always been good service. However recently I’m not sure if there has been changes but the dynamic seems to be even better with the team and you can tell they all really get on. I’d like to especially give props to Karen and Mason as there has never been a point where their energy fails to prevail through the phone and no request is ever too much. I think Mason might be new and he seems a great chirpy chap. I will always recommend Lovelle to my family and friends and will continue to use them for any future needs.

They also pushed me to view a place I’d have scrolled straight past, which ended up being one I seriously considered. Patient and genuinely on your side - highly recommend - Leon and Stan have been brilliant.

We were managing a simultaneous sale and purchase, which can be a stressful process, and Kelly's communication, organisation, and calm professionalism made all the difference. She kept us informed at every stage, chased solicitors and other parties in the chain when things stalled, and always made herself available to answer questions quickly. Her market knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence throughout, and she genuinely felt like she was on our side rather than just closing a deal. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to guide us through the process, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

From the moment we viewed the house through to completion, Michael kept us updated every week, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He was always friendly, approachable, and happy to answer any questions we had. His knowledge of the property was excellent, and he was always able to provide clear and helpful information. We really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and support throughout the purchase. Rumour has it that buying a house is one of the most stressful times of your life, but on this occasion I have to disagree! Thank you Michael for making our house-buying experience such a positive one.

15th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I have been iffy about Your move in the past i have to admit, they just seemed to the best choice amongst a bad lot which is Real Estate Agents (now you can be sure my review is real and not bot generated!) but the current team is just over and above exceeding expectations. We are based in Australia and UK agents charge a percentage fee that is not allowed in Australia so I have been consistently annoyed in the past with substandard service for that fee. HOWEVER. The current team who helps us (and help is too small a word, i will elaborate below) of REBECCA RUBY AND POPPY are phenomenal. All the things I expect them to do are done promptly with swift communication such as but not limited to - handing keys to contractors or friends, checking mail that still comes to me, organising viewings, taking photos on entry and exit of tenants, setting realistic price expectations with me, vetting tenants and putting them into the property. Above and beyond they actively advised me when laws were about to change and recalcitrant tenants who weren't paying rent needed to be served and gave me the concise pros and cons with getting rental income protection insurance. Previously I would organise gas certificates etc myself as I felt they didn't source competitive quotes but now they provide a range and I am comfortable they are not just tendering to 'mates'. I could not be happier. And hope all 3 stay on as i trust and like them.
