I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.
27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
