12th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I’m actually amazed at how bad this office is. Once you’ve signed up the customer service and help disappears. Staff just simply don’t care and the managers are even worse- (lettings) and I’m a landlord btw!!

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.
5th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We chose to put our house on the market with Curchods as we'd had such a good experience of being shown properties by them and we felt we would benefit from their wide area coverage. Always pleasant to deal with, viewings were arranged efficiently and feedback promptly given. Friendly service and a sale achieved!
I visited the store near Heathrow to buy a couple of handheld scanners. I am not a radioamateur so my knowledge is limited. I got help from a younger employee, who I was later told was new in the shop. He was very serviceminded and helpful. First, I needed help in choosing the scanner fit for my use. I asked for multiple options, and he showed me not the most expensive, but the most fitting product for my needs. He showed great knowledge about the product and helped me understand it a little more. Second, I asked for a VAT refund , which he then offered to fill in all the relevant information for me, even though it took a while. It was great talking to this guy during the wait. Also, maybe a underestimated "skill", but I really do appreciate when he was uncertain about something, he checked with the other employees. That kind of humility make me a comfortable customer that there will be no issues later on. Thank you for great service!

They give of their time to explain the whole of the selling process, listening to our views and needs. They have excellent area knowledge and we felt confident that they would be able to market and talk about our house accurately highlighting the positives of its location. They vetted prospective buyers for their genuine interest, so preventing time wasting and gave advice for offers.

2nd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

13th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

3rd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
16th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

19th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had advertised my studio to let with another agent for around 4 weeks. Come week 5 I decided to go with move inn estates highly recommended by a good friend. Within 3 weeks not only did they let the property but actually got more rent than I expected to my surprise. I had numerous offers as the lettings Manager Sachin more than delivered on this. Not only was helpful and willing he also made sure he went the extra mile after everything was settled. Thankyou
