From the start, the pricing advice felt realistic and well judged, which helped attract the right buyers quickly. Viewings were handled well and we always got clear, honest feedback, so we knew where things stood. After accepting an offer, Rob, James and the team stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving. Communication was consistent and we never felt out of the loop. End result was a smooth sale, good outcome and a timeline that worked for our move abroad. Would definitely recommend them.
28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Rent money sent to them on time and they still send threatening letters saying respond within 24hrs. We have asked for more information as they must have their records wrong. They fail to respond for days comes across as aggressive hipocracy.

It has a made the process a lot calmer for us and we can’t thank her enough!

Sheetal Suri did the initial valuation and was very polite and informative about the market and how shaw and co would handle the process if we did choose them. Having met a few other estate agents I was convinced that this firm would be the best to go with. We landed an offer within a couple of viewings and from offer accepted to completion Jindra Lall was at hand. She was always assisting us and enabled us the close the transaction quickly. We are really pleased with our whole experience of dealing with shaw and co and would not hesitate to recommend them for any sales.

Booking viewings can often be a headache, but they made everything incredibly easy and professional. A huge thank you to Ara, Honor, and Emily, who were absolutely marvelous. They were punctual, extremely knowledgeable about the properties, and took the time to listen to exactly what I’m looking for. Their warm and friendly approach really sets this agency apart. Even though I’m still in the search process, the level of service I’ve received makes me feel very confident. 28th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Lewis and the team at Davies were exceptional to deal with from the very start. We were treated very well and never felt rushed or as “one of many”buyers. Even with our frustrating lengthy sale process on our own property, Lewis and the team were understanding and did very well to strike the balance of urgency without being pushy unnecessarily. Although we were not their paying client, we were treated extremely well throughout. Highly recommend if buying in the Cobham area.
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

They supported us through both our sale and purchase during challenging market conditions, and their calm, reassuring approach made a real difference during stressful moments. They were always quick to provide updates and chase others in the chain when needed. We were also really impressed with the quality of their listing, the photos and description looked far better than those of other estate agents. 9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)Daniel and his team took over the sale of our property from another agent and within 8 days we accepted an offer (asking price). Following on from being under offer, Alice has spent hours and hours updating us on every step of the sale. We have not had to chase them for anything, as they have been absolutely amazing. I have already passed on Daniel’s details to a few friends, looking to sell soon. I can’t recommend them enough. Don’t waste your time with the other, bigger agents. They are a small team and incredibly dedicated. Thank you for everything Daniel & the team.

We had a chain of 4 and to make it happen all the solicitors, estate agents and lenders had to put together to exchange on the same day. Also, on completion day key collection, removals etc was hectic. But Move Inn worked on behalf very professionally and make it happen. We'll pleased.
