He took his time walking us through the property, talked through all the possibilities with us, and never once made us feel rushed, even when we went over our allocated time! His patience and enthusiasm were exactly what we needed as we took everything in. When we asked for a second viewing, Patrick was more than happy to oblige, walking us through again and engaging thoughtfully with all our questions and ideas. His knowledge, warmth, and genuine interest in finding us the right home made all the difference. The sales progression team at Chancellors Sunbury were equally impressive. keeping us informed every step of the way and working closely with both our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor to keep everything on track and moving forward. The whole experience, from first viewing to completion, was nothing short of five stars. Thank you to the entire Sunbury Chancellors team, and a very special thank you to Patrick for introducing us to our amazing new home. We couldn't be happier.

This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. 2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.
