Whilst selling a house can be stressful, our agent Lily Harris was absolutely wonderful, keeping everything calm and running, chasing solicitors, speaking with buyers and always being approachable. He has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, right from the very beginning.<br><br>Arun has always been quick to communicate, clear in his explanations and genuinely personable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always on hand to answer questions and keep me updated.<br><br>A real credit to Romans!??????

I went to view a property with Alfie and throughout the viewing, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and as though I was not being taken seriously as a prospective purchaser. As a woman buying on my own, the interaction left me feeling particularly uncomfortable and socially subordinate. You should provide the same level of service whether someone’s buying a 1 bed flat or 6 bed mansion. As someone local to Staines, all I’ve heard is bad things about this estate agency, so I wouldn’t believe all these great reviews!

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)HAWKS ..I had to put a review on here have been working alongside Chloe for a few months now our house hasn't sold yet Chloe has been super patient with me holding her up over the sale and has kept trying to guide me to put the house back on the market she was right I should have as the buyer held us up on a weekly basis and I kept saying he was fine but he let us down wasted all our time and all Chloes effort thank you for being such a good estate agent on our first selling experience I will let you sell it without interfering again thank you Chloe<br>Susan and Robert

They made promises of help and support, encouraged funds to be transferred instantly, and then jumped to referencing stage without consent by force leading my family and children to loss. I feel misled by their team made and the way the process was handled. Please be careful, get everything in writing, and understand their trap before paying any money.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

We sold our two bed flat through them and they were fantastic from the very first contact up until completion.<br>Our buyer’s solicitor was an absolute nightmare but the team at Seymours used their expertise and professionalism to get us over the line eventually.<br>Many thanks to Mark, Gary, Alan, Billy and the rest of the team for all their help and hard work.- 19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I met Maria last year when she valued the property for probate and confirmed she could sell the house for me, sadly it took 9 months for probate and a reoccurring cancer issue on my health led to a slight delay which she handled with fantastic empathy and professionalism to understand my health issue and concerns and to work with me to make it work, i had viewings within a day of the property on market sometimes 3 in a day, always is that ok rob or how are you feeling. She got me an offer within 10days within 1% of the asking price. She was available for everything always on time kind courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If an issue arose she had it fixed that day and had my complete faith dealing with my solicitor emma at Stone Rowe brewer and they got the sale completed. No matter what I had to do she backed me and nothing was too much trouble. I sadly wont be moving again however I cannot recommend her highly enough and can as I've said many times Maria, heartfelt thanks for all of your time kind words calls messages and for making it happen.
