Right from the very first initial phone call, through to viewing a property that was listed for sale, Alex and I were thoroughly impressed by the exemplary levels of customer service provided by your senior sales negotiator James Freeman. Throughout the whole process, James never once made us feel rushed. Buying a home can be a very stressful process, but James really took the time to really listen to what we were looking for in terms of a suitable property and the circumstances that have led us to even consider buying a property in the first place. James never once made us feel that we were just another number or statistic to add to his client books, as he had provided a very personalized level of service throughout. James was also easily contactable whenever I had a query regarding a property, as responses were always received on the same day. When it came to viewing the property, James was punctual (it was just so nice to have an agent ready and waiting for us to arrive at a property, rather than the other way around). James was also very knowledgeable, and he really took the time to give us a detailed tour of every square foot of the property.
