He took his time walking us through the property, talked through all the possibilities with us, and never once made us feel rushed, even when we went over our allocated time! His patience and enthusiasm were exactly what we needed as we took everything in. When we asked for a second viewing, Patrick was more than happy to oblige, walking us through again and engaging thoughtfully with all our questions and ideas. His knowledge, warmth, and genuine interest in finding us the right home made all the difference. The sales progression team at Chancellors Sunbury were equally impressive. keeping us informed every step of the way and working closely with both our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor to keep everything on track and moving forward. The whole experience, from first viewing to completion, was nothing short of five stars. Thank you to the entire Sunbury Chancellors team, and a very special thank you to Patrick for introducing us to our amazing new home. We couldn't be happier.

27th May 2026 (18 days ago)Yes Mr Harvey, you sent me a disclaimer with no acknowledgement or evidence. With the Renter's Rights Bill upon us, you need an agency that does comprehensive checks and has your back. Be aware this agency does neither and isn't a member of Arla/NAEA, which makes it harder to complain about their backhanded business tactics. Open Rent and Spare Room are low cost and allow you to do as much as you need to cover yourself and your tenant and cut out the middle man. If you need management, find an Arla/NAEA regulated agency with a support network especially for maintenance. Oasis is one small office, so they don't have the people or the back up.

The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns I had were always dealt with promptly and professionally. Selling a property can be stressful, but Aspen made the whole experience feel smooth and well managed. A huge thank you to the entire Aspen Ashford team – Alex, Bradley, Clayton, Caitlyn and Leo. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. A special thank you to Bradley, who was exceptional throughout the process. His professionalism, patience, expertise and support made a real difference. 9th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

From the very beginning, Helen and her team have been absolutley brilliant and professional. They property management team outstanding as well, every issue we've had at the property has been solved quickly, professionally and fairly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares, does not overcharge and always treats people with respect. Nowdays in the UK, it's rare to find companies that still deliver this level of service and integrity. They also found the perfect tenant for my property, honestly better than I could have hoped for.
