Shah is one of the best agents very cooperative and trustworthy. All kind of problems were sorted with profesionalism in a very short period of time starting from day one until the last day of tenancy. Would honestly recommend to anyone.

Aside from residential surveys/building regs advice, they have let & managed my property over the years (very successfully), & in addition, I have bought & also recently sold through them. As a client, you are guaranteed to receive professional, honest, prompt & courteous advice at all times. The fact W&T have been in business in Kensal Rise for nearly 100 years, speaks volumes in itself, they are the definition of ‘consummate professionals’! Ronnie has been nothing short of amazing, always at hand to help with any questions I've had. Couldn't recommend them enough!

24th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)I chose Simple Estate Agents to sell my property (Halsway, Hayes) and had an exceptional experience. From finding buyers/offers to managing the sales process Prablin and Harkiran were great. This sale should have been straightforward, but it turned into almost a year-long process due to a previous buyer choosing to mess us around at the last minute. Through all of it, Prablin and Harkiran continued to support and the communication was constant and supportive. Even when i got frustrated with delays (not from Simple's side) both Prablin and Harkiran were patient and did their best always to get updates and chase They stepped in wherever things were stuck and did everything possible to push the deal forward. A special thanks from me to them both. It was quite a journey but they were amazing throughout. Would highly recommend Simple!

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. They are professional and genuinely care about their clients. 11/10 would recommend ????????

They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

29th Dec 2025 (18 weeks ago)A decent experience selling my late Aunt and Uncles house. Although we had to drop the price a little, the overall experience was excellent. Steve was good, professional and kept us informed.
2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)0 stars - I would not recommend this agency We have unfortunately been dealing with Hemang, the lettings manager, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Communication and transparency seem to be completely absent. Our rent has been paid late every single month, including a delay of 10 days last month, and at no point have we been proactively informed of any issues. Each month there is a new excuse - management not being available to approve payments, the company not having received rent yet, and no doubt something different next time. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We haven’t even received a copy of the signed contract yet despite asking on several occasions. We are counting down the days until July when can finally move on from the service. Save yourself the stress and choose another agency.
9th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)We are very happy with the service we received from Savills. Our estate agent, Christian Whittaker had been nothing but helpful, patient and accommodating. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

I have just sold my property through Jessica at Kearns residential and it was the most stress free , smooth , quick and efficient service i have ever encountered. Nothing is a problem for this young lady and she helped me get the sale done really quickly. Highly recommend Jessica and her team at Kearns , when they say they will deliver , they do !

21st Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)They put sold on my property which they haven’t even sold giving absolutely false statements they valued the property at £240,000 bringing it down to £200,000 and wanted me to lower the price even more to around £150,000 totally unacceptable.
