20th May 2026 (24 days ago)Sellers need to read the paperwork carefully. They will try to pressure you to sell at a low price, just so that they can get their commission and be done with the entire process before their marketing period elapses. After this period, the clauses in the paperwork will not allow the property to be shown to potential buyers if this agency had already arranged a viewing with them during their marketing period. Throughout the process, I had a feeling that they were acting on behalf of the buyer, and not the seller. With renting out, this agency wrote to my tenant, who I had found myself, and asked him to move out to one of their other properties!! So that I would have to go through a new contract with them at a higher commission rate.
27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I wish i had gone with Andrea years ago. I had tried several local agents in the area over the years. Some overvalued my property to win the business or had the viewings conducted by junior staff without much experience. Andrea managed to get a genuine buyer and a successful sale despite the current problems in Central London. Courteous, conducted viewings himself and I wish I had met him and taken his advice years ago.

She went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment and made the entire moving process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Lydia was always kind, responsive, professional and genuinely helpful throughout every step of the process. She really did everything in her power to make things work and I truly appreciated all her support during what can normally be a very stressful time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly — thank you again, Lydia!
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for. I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.

The property was not cleaned at all upon completion, communication throughout the process was consistently poor, and they failed to return important documents relating to the new energy supplier. Wikki, in particular, was extremely unhelpful. I would not recommend using this agency for a purchase of any kind.

We were out of the country during the whole process, but he made everything simple and stress-free despite the distance and logistics. He was always responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to his support, our move to London went very smoothly, and we’re very grateful for his help.

He was attentive, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to make adjustments to the apartment and ensure everything was sorted properly before we moved in. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we’re very pleased with the apartment.

27th May 2026 (17 days ago)I rented a house on a long term basis from Greater London Properties. Patrick Curry Vallely handled all the viewings that led up to him finding the perfect house for me. He was really impressive - both hard working and responsive but also smart about meeting my specific requirements. It was a very easy experience thanks to him. I'd highly recommend him. When the admin had to happen Jessica Tonoli was extremely efficient and I am a demanding client who wants things done fast. She met every part of the process really quickly and efficiently . I almost never write a review but feel compelled to do so for these two individuals. I absolutely recommend them and use them again if I ever have to.
12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

Kevin was proactive, responsive, and consistently chased every party in the chain: buyers, solicitors, and surveyors alike. When a drain survey issue came up, he handled the negotiation cleanly and got a fair outcome for everyone. We genuinely felt we had someone on our side. Highly recommended.
26th May 2026 (18 days ago)The office staff behaviour seem shambolic in my opinion. Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.
