Not only was he always approachable with our questions, often meeting us in person for anything however small but his knowledge of the area is unrivalled. This level of experience is rare but is essential with these kind of listed properties. Would highly recommend Howard and Aston Chase.

14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I am writing this based on my experience dealing with an agent at Century 21 London Central regarding a serious water leak from a property they manage.<br>A leak from the flat above caused significant damage to my flat, including damage to the ceiling, walls and flooring, with further cracks appearing in several areas. The source of the leak was subsequently confirmed by a Westminster Housing technician.<br>I first informed Dusan about the matter on 21 June. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase for progress:<br>9 July – followed up for an update<br>14 July – followed up again<br>20 July – followed up again<br>21 July – contractor visited the flat to inspect the damage<br>28 July – followed up again<br>3 August – followed up again<br>On 3 August, the contractor confirmed that he would prepare the quotation that evening and send it to the agent the following morning, with the intention of arranging the repair as soon as possible. I heard nothing further.<br>By 12 August, I had to chase again. The agent then emailed the contractor asking for the quotation. This was despite the agent having already asked the contractor for the quote on 9 July and again on 29 July.<br>As of 14 August, almost eight weeks after I first contacted the agent, I still have no quotation and no date for the repair.<br>What is particularly disappointing is that I have repeatedly had to chase both the agent and contractor, rather than seeing the matter actively managed through to resolution. From my perspective, it feels as though the responsibility is simply being passed back and forth, while the damage to my property remains unrepaired.<br>The situation has also developed further, with my tenant reporting electrical problems after the water spread through the flat, including repeated circuit/fuse tripping and lights no longer working. This makes the lack of urgency even more concerning.<br>I understand that the leak itself was not caused by the agent. My concern is entirely with how the resulting problem has been managed. I would expect a professional property management company to take ownership of a serious maintenance issue, communicate properly with all parties and ensure that necessary repairs are progressed within a reasonable timeframe.<br>I am also a landlord myself, and I take the condition of my property and the wellbeing of my tenant very seriously. I would never allow a repair issue like this to be left unresolved for this length of time. Based on how this matter has been handled, I would not use the agent and Century 21 London Central to manage my property, as this level of management could damage the landlord’s reputation and potentially expose the landlord to complaints, liability and legal action if the property is not properly managed.

Unfortunately, the agent forgot the keys to the house, which cost me almost 2 hours of lost time during the work week. I understand — things happen. But I can't recommend this agency to others. I hope they improve their checklists — maybe QR codes for keys with in-app checks, like delivery services use, so nothing gets missed or mixed up.

She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

They kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly, and were always available to help whenever I had questions. 30th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We were introduced to Clara Bracey at Tavistock Bow by our estate agent in Devon who successfully sold our home last year.<br>As soon as we met Clara we knew she was right for us.<br><br>Clara is charming, fun and authentic and loves her job. We agreed from the start that the road to a successful sale would not be easy because of the London market but she took all the stress away from us from the beginning. She knew straight away which interested parties were worth pursuing and after a few months contracts were signed.<br><br>I highly recommend Clara and Tavistock Bow estate agents. Clara is a first class communicator and has a flare for getting it right. 12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.

5th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had a viewing booked for 3:25 pm and had travelled around 1.5 hours to get there. Before 3:00 pm, I called to let the agent know that due to Underground delays, I would be around 15 minutes late.<br>I was simply told that the viewing could no longer go ahead and that I should rebook for Monday or Tuesday, with no attempt to accommodate a slightly later arrival that day.<br>I understand that being late can affect their schedule, but I gave more than 25 minutes’ notice because the delay was outside my control. After travelling such a long way, I found the way this was handled extremely inflexible and disappointing.
