3rd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

Can’t fault the service at all, highly recommended. Service and communication stood out way higher than previous agents in Evesham that we tried to sell with.

They've answered all the questions we've had, answered the phone every time. We've had an issue after the purchase was completed and contacted them. They were very supportive and helped us to resolve the problem. Thank you very much. I can recommend their services.

Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.- 29th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Knight Frank have worked tirelessly towards completion of our house purchase under particularly difficult circumstances with a challenging chain. Gemma Hutton was outstanding with her relentless chasing of the other agents and solicitors which resulted in us being in before Christmas, a huge thank you from my wife and I.

The viewing and commitment to purchase process with Kamal was excellent. Then as this was a protracted process due to no fault of the agency they did all they could to settle any concerns. Without Penny going above and beyond I am certain we would still be waiting to complete! Happy to highly recommend this office.

I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. I will miss our daily chats haha! A beautiful new home hamper too!

She has been proactive, easy to get hold of and responsive to problems.would definitely recommend. I bought the cheaper pay up front package where you show people around yourselves which worked very well for me and I believe it is better for viewers as you can give more time and know your own house so can give full information.

James was our main contact and was fantastic! He is knowledgeable, professional and always happy to help. Being new to renting he made the process as stress free as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belvoir again in the future.

Andrea & Ed give you absolute dedication, expertise and professionalism throughout. Andrea gave sound advice on how best to present our home with an emphasis on attention to detail. Beautiful photography and drone footage really showcasing our property to its full potential. Our home was a unique combination of 16th Century, Edwardian and a modern annex. Andrea got to know us and the property and all of its quirky character and also the surrounding area. They gave us a realistic valuation which was £45K above the best of the other agents and sold it within days. By filtering the right people who would be genuinely intersted in our property. Andrea is always only a phone call away. On agreement of sale Andrea & Ed keep in close contact with everyone along the chain keeping us well informed as the sale progressed. If you are looking for an estate agent that will go the extra mile then Chocolate Box are the ones for you.
