23rd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.
25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

There are plenty of activities for kids, including horse riding and a great selection of fresh food and drinks. You can also purchase clothing and gear for horse riding on site. A fantastic event for families and horse enthusiasts — highly recommended!

24th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very disappointing experience. Not only was communication poor, but the property was never properly maintained despite repeated requests. Basic issues were ignored, leaving tenants frustrated and uncomfortable. This lack of care and professionalism made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this agency.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!
10th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues.<br>I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them
1st Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Save yourself from this agency.<br><br>They let me an inhabitable property in Hayes, and I had to go through so much because of them (even had to file a complaint to the council). I ended up living at my friend's house, losing more than £1.1K GBP, and the mental toll it took on me for over a month is indescribable.<br><br>The guy Sheng just never replied to so many attempts of calls or messages (which wasn't the case prior to taking the property, which was made all pleasant during the viewing!)<br><br>Wish I could give negative stars to this agency.

2nd Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback. The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about. I would recommend them.
