They have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion. They are quick to respond and resolve issues. You'd be making the right choice when choosing to from them.

5th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)Disappointing experience. We unfortunately entered the market just as the economy was crashing into recession. However we chose Churchill because of their long standing local presence and thought they would provide an excellent service. We found them old fashioned and disjointed e.g. no 360 degrees online presentation of our house, we had to point out out that the published photos were originally missing a room, they was a complete lack of diversity in their agents (of which we had to deal with 3 different men although the area manager had said we would only be dealing with him) the different agents didn’t appear to have pre-read the information we had provided about our house before the viewings and there was a general lack of ongoing communication. In the end we only had two viewings before we ended the contract after 4 weeks.
18th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I bought my first flat through Whitehalls and sold it 15 years later when I'd (reluctantly) outgrown it - also through Whitehalls. I can't reccomend Gary and the team highly enough. They know the area and their customer base so well - they found a buyer who appreciates the property in the same way I did.
22nd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently dealt with them regarding a property in the Colorado development and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always swift, clear and transparent and every interaction felt professional yet genuinely friendly. Mark was particularly helpful and he kept me updated at every stage, explained all options openly and went out of his way to find suitable alternatives when circumstances changed. When it became clear that the original flat might not be available, the agency handled everything with complete honesty and refunded my holding deposit immediately in less than 12h something that really reflects their integrity and efficiency. It’s rare to come across an agency that combines professionalism with such a personal, approachable attitude. I’ll definitely be back in touch with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, transparent and friendly lettings team.

2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Do not rent with this agency. Genuinely awful service, consistently unprofessional from the beginning, as they always supported the landlords over tenants. When we had no beds to sleep on for the first week despite being assured this was included in the contract, Tim assured us we would receive compensation, but when the landlords didn't agree, Tim told us to stop contacting him as we had put him in an awkward position.<br><br>The landlords themselves were genuinely the worst I have ever met. They consistently belittled, insulted, and made us feel so uncomfortable. Terrible people. During a power cut (caused by the landlord's failure to replace an old part), the landlords were totally useless. Due to this power cut, I had to stay elsewhere until it was fixed. When I reported this to the agency, the agency refused to take on board my concerns and supported the landlords.
11th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have been living in a property managed by Crewys Limited for over 3 months now and honestly it has been one of the best renting experiences I have had so far. The room is amazing and whenever there is any issue in the house we just message in the group chat and it gets sorted quickly. No chasing. What really surprised me though is the weekly communal cleaning, in all the houses I have lived in I have never seen any agency do that and it makes such a big difference when you are living with others. I got the bad gas hob, they replaced the new one within a month. They also maintain the garden from time to time which again is something you do not usually see with most agencies. It is clear they actually care about their properties and the people living in them and the whole experience has been smooth and stress free since day one. If you are looking for a letting agency that is responsive and genuinely looks after their tenants then I would definitely recommend Crewys Limited.
18th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Selling my dad's house was an emotional experience but with the support and guidance of Toomey's from the beginning with Paul, discussing the process and with Simon managing the sale and keeping things on track, it made the whole experience much easier and faster than I expected. I highly recommend them.

24th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I requested the removal of Jarvis Keller’s “sold” board in August 2024. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over months, no action was taken and communication eventually stopped altogether. I was repeatedly told this would be handled, but no date was ever confirmed and the sign remained on my property without consent. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism and basic post-sale responsibility. I would not recommend Jarvis Keller based on this experience.

She’s consistently helpful, straightforward in her communication, and strikes the perfect balance between being personable and professional. I would highly recommend Homes by Sophie.
15th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)I had engaged Rolitex to manage my property since I bought it in 2006. Initially, their service was pretty standard for a high street estate agent, handling repairs and rent collection adequately. However, everything changed when I decided to move into the property and needed to evict the tenants. Rolitex issued the Section 21 notice as required, which was fine. But as the notice period neared its end, we wanted to discuss the tenants' plans. Every time we asked Rolitex, specifically Roland, he would shout down the phone, telling us to wait for the two months to end. When the notice period expired and the tenants didn't move, Roland offered no assistance on the next steps. He was silent until we had to demand a meeting, where we were told we needed a solicitor. I understand he is busy, but how difficult is it to communicate simple information to a longstanding client? After hiring a solicitor, Rolitex was professional in providing the necessary documents, no matter how many times we asked. However, during this time, rent payments became erratic. Whether it was the tenants paying late or Rolitex’s mishandling, it would have been nice for them to inform us, especially with mortgage payments piling up. Whenever I asked Roland about this, he would shout as if he was doing me a favor. He even increased his fee without notifying us and insisted he had informed us when he clearly hadn't. I eventually had enough of Roland's lack of communication and aggressive behavior, so I decided to collect the rent myself. To Roland's credit, he facilitated this transition quickly, and interestingly enough, the tenant paid me on time from then on. When the tenant finally vacated, the property was in a terrible state. This was no surprise since Rolitex had not conducted an inspection since the late 2010s. My experience with Rolitex started amicably but ended very poorly. While other staff members were professional and helpful, Roland was consistently aggressive and difficult to communicate with. This review should not surprise anyone considering the other negative feedback but should serve as a caution for anyone considering dealing with Roland at Rolitex.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

He takes a wonderfully modern approach to property in how he markets, communicates and treats buyers/sellers. We always knew exactly where we stood thanks to his quick and transparent responses. We were in near constant collaboration in everything from deciding listing price and sales strategy to scheduling viewings and surveys. We’ve gone to him for advice on our onward purchase which he provided gladly even though he isn’t the listing agent. He is who you want to work with, and he’s assembling a great team (ie Piers) to support him.
