13th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Wasted my time, I was interested in one of their properties and tried to arrange a viewing. I made the mistake of agreeing to multiple viewings as well and thought it would be good to see what was in my price range. Five viewings where arranged and after the first which was out of my budget and not really what I was looking for I was informed the rest where cancelled. These viewings were all arranged more than a week in advance. Utterly incompetent. As someone who works with a blue chip retailer who regularly looks at their leases for property, I was especially disappointed their residential service is so poor.

We finally got our home we wanted and even after everything was finalised yinka still called to check up on how the renovations was going. Anyway who has yinka in charge of your buy will be over the moon. Thanks for all your help yinka

8th Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Sold a property thru Goodfellows as Executor of a Will. Once sale complete the Lettings department consistently and regularly phoned to gain business to let out the property sold. Explained the first few times their mistake but the calls simply don't stop. The insensitive Lettings Manager is determined to get me to somehow give permission to advertise deceased relative property. Would not trust Goodfellows with any property management if they can't get the basics right even when corrected. The female Lettings Manager would not accept any responsibility for their failure of calling me when told categorical not too, but also the crass response from the branch in relation to my past relative.

She really is, in my opinion, the best agent I've come across recently of all the agents I've met and contacted over the last couple of months. Very warm, welcoming person. We've been on the house hunt for a while and although we came very close to securing a potential property which didn't work out at the end, nevertheless, I had to commend Steph for her professionalism and positive attitude. I do hope we cross paths in the future.

I had initially used another etste agent for the sale but had 1 viewing in 3 months so decided change and very happy that I did. I was going through a divorce too, Harvey was brilliant from start to finish and very understanding of my circumstances. I had a smooth transaction and my house was sold fast and without any issues. Thank you very much Harvey and the team.

7th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)When they are trying to get you through the checks and get the deposit, they are kind stop calling and emailing. Once you’re a tenant they don’t respond to emails resulting in me having to continually call and even go into the office to get matters responded to. It’s a bit chaotic and not very professional. When I was moving out I had people letting themselves in and out without letting me know even though I was still responsible for the property and paying the bills. Even my landlord said they had been a “.shambles”.they just want you to sign up and get the rent each month. Other than that, not bothered.
6th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)I was with another Agent in Wallington who were absolutely useless, i moved to Cubitt and West after my contract ended. I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.
