20th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. My wife and I have been looking to buy an apartment in South Kensington / Chelsea since Christmas and have therefore been exposed to your teams. I wanted to write to commend the way in which we have been dealt with by Harry Shaw and Felicity Curran. They are fantastic and a real credit to Chestertons and your brand. We had a regrettable failed attempt at buying one property but all those dealings were dealt with extremely professionally by Harry. We are now on track with our purchase of another and we have very much enjoyed dealing with the charming, Felicity. They are great individuals and deserve to get good feedback.

15th Dec 2025 (17 weeks ago)We rented a flat in Greenwich via Daniel Watney for the past year and a half, before we relocated to the other side of London. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. The team were friendly and attentive, and the few repairs we needed during our time there were fixed very quickly. The end of tenancy process was smooth. They let us break out of our tenancy 3 weeks early, and we received our full deposit back too. Would recommend them!

They maintained a positive approach throughout the selling process which was a huge comfort to us. The whole team were at all times kind and supportive but we would like to give a special mention to Susan who was amazing at keeping in touch with us and liaising between our prospective buyer and the solicitors. She is brilliant at communication and moving things on. We are so grateful to have been able to work with such a great company which offers a first class customer service. 25th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Daniel and his team delivered exactly as they set out from the start - particularly impressive as they took over from another agent who had not done so. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. The apartment was perfect, any issues that have occurred were quickly resolved, signing and referencing process was easy and quick, they were flexible on payment methods and always replied in the matter of minutes. Having experienced other agencies in the area, I can genuinely recommend them and say that they are much more better than others.
26th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Asked us to pay for cleaning the flat in return for our full deposit back, only to delay returning our deposit for 5 months, only to go back on that, and claim half the deposit. This was after years of poor service. Don't trust these people.
