They have sent me letters emails & called me many times to try and get me to sell my house through them. I used Carter & Willow who now sold 3 properties for me with no problems at all. I highly recommend Carter & Willow. This company Douglas & Allen come across very desperate for business to which end they stalk you. I advise people to do there research before entertaining this company.

Bradley and Billy were really helpful and supportive especially as the purchase process went on much longer than any of us hoped. They proved to be invaluable contact with the sellers and were always happy to provide access for viewing or surveys etc. But most importantly they were consistently friendly, cheery and a real joy throughout which helped make a potentially stressful situation far easier and smoother.

Thanks to Oliver for facilitating and coordinating the viewings of our property, and setting things up.<br><br>And a huge apprecation for all the hardwork Martine put in toward the end of the journey, making sure we got over ther line to completion. Martine was our guide throughout, and was helping us through some challenging moments, but her commitment and hard work in dealing with all other parties in the chain ensured we were able to get through to the end. She always kept us informed, and was instrumental in pushing other parties (solicitors, agents and clients) to act quickly on outstanding enquiries. And she was super communicative, always willing to jump into urgent video calls to keep things moving. She was our guardian angel. 21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)called them on 3 separate occasions post moving out of a property and getting deposit back, every single time been told the admin team are ‘not at their desk’ and no manager seems to be available either? Does noone actually work at this company during working hours? Poor customer service, cant speak to anyone ever no matter what day or time it is.<br><br>Also their staff have no compassion or empathy to their customers after getting burgled in one of the properties they manage<br><br>Oh and still dont have the deposit back after 21 days of moving out, despite new tenants moving in 24 hours after we left.

28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)Clearly the best agent Bowden Bradley in Essex Ilford, Barkingside, Gantshill localities. You can trust them. They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end. The property they show are by far best compared to other agents. One staff assigned to us was Rose Rojda. She has excellent sales and negotiation skills. Very skilled and I guess she is in this field for a while. Andy Hoad is tremendously competent and worked hard to keep our entire chain on track. He knows the area so well and his experience was invaluable. Buying property is always stressful and being a first time buyer made it especially so, but Andy was always there to explain the process and what the next steps were. My partner and I are so grateful to have had him working with us and strongly recommend him to anyone else looking in this area!
