Kevin was always quick to respond and it only took a day between presenting an offer to an outcome. Even though we did not go with the apartment in the end I would absolutely work with Kevin again!

She was responsive, transparent and easy to work with throughout the viewings, negotiations and conveyancing process.<br><br>Although the purchase did not proceed due to issues identified during due diligence, Chloe made a considerable effort to keep the transaction moving and regularly followed up with all parties.<br><br>Her communication and support made a difficult process much easier to manage. I would be happy to recommend her to both buyers and sellers.

23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Made an enquiry for a 4 bed, called me many times but when telling them I’m self employed despite being more than capable of affording this they spoke to manager and made excuses saying landlord is fussy so I can’t proceed with viewing. If you are going to discriminate put clear requirements on the listing and don’t waste peoples times, or qualify and ask for larger deposits, bank statements etc instead of making excuses and wasting my time.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We recently bought a house through Go View - they were professional and friendly throughout the process from start to finish.<br>During the search James got to know us and what we were looking for, which led us to the perfect property. He was honest and knowledgeable which made us feel much more comfortable.<br>Our sales manager Helyn kept the sales process moving really well, and we ended up not having any delays or issues before completion as a result.<br>Overall, we were very happy to have gone with Go View, and will recommend them in the future.

My property consultant Tasha was very helpful, quick to reply, and had lots good of suggestions for suitable flats while I was looking for somewhere to live in East London. She was very quick to organize viewings and I can only recommend her if you’re looking for properties in the area.

30th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful experiences of my life.<br><br>I paid £50,000 in deposit and first month’s rent after being told the tenancy was proceeding. Shortly afterwards, I was informed that the tenancy was no longer going ahead and that my money would be refunded.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward refund turned into months of chasing, broken promises and constant delays. I was repeatedly assured that payment was imminent, but the money did not arrive. The situation became so serious that I had to involve the police before any meaningful progress was made.<br><br>Only after police involvement was part of my money returned. Even now, I am still waiting for more than £4,000 that should have been refunded long ago.<br><br>During this process, the CEO personally contacted me and asked me to remove my negative reviews, promising that my refund would be completed if I did. I removed the reviews in good faith because I simply wanted my money back. Despite that, I am still chasing the outstanding balance.<br><br>No customer should have to involve the police, negotiate with a CEO, remove honest reviews, and spend months chasing their own money after a tenancy falls through. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I would urge anyone considering handing over large sums of money to carry out thorough due diligence before doing so.

It was lovely to be greeted by a familiar face who was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.<br><br>She showed us around the property with care, taking the time to guide us through each room and answer any questions we had. Over the course of more than a year, I made repeated efforts to resolve an ongoing issue directly with the branch. Although I remained polite and tried to find a reasonable compromise, I felt my concerns were never taken seriously. Communication lacked empathy, and despite several discussions, I saw no meaningful action. Based on my experience, I expected a much more professional and considerate approach from a local business.
