We especially connected with Arif, who was always helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile, even late in the evening.<br><br>It was a long journey with a few frustrating moments, but Arif remained professional, supportive and genuinely lovely throughout. Although we were the buyers and the seller was his client, he always treated us with kindness and respect.<br><br>If we ever decide to sell, Arif would definitely be my first choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I called Stirling Ackroyd in Brixton on her behalf and Lee was able to get a valuation booked in and arranged with her tenants within 15 minutes! Super efficient.

Antony was really kind and supportive and made me feel at ease, especially during such a stressful time trying to find housing in London.<br><br>Throughout the process, he kept me informed and communicated everything that needed to be addressed to ensure everything ran efficiently and smoothly. Nothing felt forced or like a “quick sale”, unlike previous experiences that have made me feel uncomfortable. She was also completely professional. We did not end up getting a let with Chase - but Robyn was exceptional - so I wanted to acknowledge that very loudly.

She was attentive without being excessively pushy and felt I could be honest with my feedback which was very refreshing! If all agents were like Aicha, it would definitely ease the process. As my search continues, Aicha is definitely someone I would specifically go to as an agent.

The team also helped to find out tenants and completed necessary paper work very quickly, which was also helpful. This agency is friendly, responsible and informative to handle customers’ needs.
25th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us.
