Incredibly easy to deal with, bringing real positivity and energy, coupled with professionalism and industry knowledge. His can do approach to property search was so encouraging. 11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 15th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Aisling Frater-Kelly made Buying my flat in Highgate much easier than I thought it would be. When I had problems with the Property she kept in contact and worked so hard to help me deal with them and All the time she remained so cheerful which Really was a big help, I really can't thank her enough. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were always ready to answer every question, responded incredibly quickly, and were very practical and professional throughout the process.<br><br>I’m genuinely very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend them.
12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Scott during a property viewing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be quite patronising, dismissive and, at times, rude.<br><br>At the beginning of the viewing, I attempted to shake his hand but was completely ignored. While inside the property, I tried multiple times to speak to him and ask questions, but he would frequently walk away while I was speaking or respond in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner.<br><br>The overall interaction made me feel as though my questions and presence were an inconvenience rather than that I was a prospective buyer genuinely interested in the property. I found the way I was spoken to unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional.<br><br>I was genuinely disappointed with the experience, particularly as a property viewing should be an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask questions and feel comfortable engaging with the agent. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received.

Although it was quite a slow process with the buyer, the girls were great at their jobs, supportive and always available to answer questions. There were many calls and messages between us, so appreciated the frequent communication even if it was for a quick catch up. 25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!

We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!
