This was the second time I'd used this branch and would not hesitate to use them again (although I sincerely hope I don't need to).

4th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I called today to arrange a viewing for a property and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend dealing with this agency.- 2nd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)Paige was exceptional throughout our viewing and made a fantastic first impression. Sebastien and Afzal have been really present during all the process. Buying or selling a property in the UK is not the most easier process. But they made it the most smoothly possible for each part during all the transaction. I highly recommend to work with them.

They really leaned in, and were proactive on all fronts - I couldn’t be more grateful!

With many estate agents, interactions can sometimes feel a little insincere, but that has never been the case with Sarah. She is approachable, honest, and genuinely cares about her clients. I feel comfortable discussing any issue with her, knowing that her advice will always be sincere and in my best interests. Her professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile have made a real difference. Sarah's effort and helpfulness are a big part of the reason we have chosen to stay with Gibbs, and I would highly recommend both her and the team.
