26th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Overall it was very quick and smooth renting process for me as specially when I was first time renter and I was away from the country. I managed to do all the process over the phone or website. Andra was simply amazing throughout the process. I was about to finalise other property and then I saw this property and left my interest online. She called me within few hours and I explained her my situation and asked to finalise the property with in few hours if possible. She made it happened and I think in around couple of hours I completed my initial process. In absence of Andra Khilna and Dilip were also very prompt and quick in responding and solving issues. Kudos to the whole team.
19th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Not at all professional agency. They will always argue and be on Landlords side. Tenants are always at fault as per them. They dont pay attention to conversatio details and follow only where the money comes from

Had a good experience with the service received (particularly with Siobhan) in finding good tenants and with follow-ups. Definitely recommend them.

He is kind, professional and a client-oriented manager. He shows his sincere interest in the tenants needs and safety. Perfect Manager. I am more than happy to continue my tenancy. From valuation to exchange they have maintained communication and helped ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Alfie, who undertook viewings, managed to secure me several offers, of which one was accepted within 10 days of my property being marketed for sale. Selling a house can be extremely stressful but the team at Coppers manage the process so professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

Alan and team really go the extra mile and as something that is often so stressful, all those extra touches make such a difference. Alan kept us up to date all the way through, and helped us over the finish line. The welcome gift box when we received our keys was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
5th Mar 2026 (29 days ago)I would give this agent zero stars. I do not recommend working with them. Their main focus seemed to be securing a contract and taking their commission. After I faced multiple issues with my landlord, they withdrew and failed to manage anything. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing
