14th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)Avoid avoid avoid Worse than useless. I Put my house on the market with them They showed it to people that were not looking for that type of property just out for the day. No feed back despite several requests for feedback, failed to utilize key features like the summer house in the garden with electric and insulation they said because its an outbuilding they can't utilize it as a selling point, also not showing up for viewings among lots more other failings. When the contract ended I spoke to Rikesh the agent in charge to confirm the end of contract and relisting elsewhere and was told yes it has ended he will push the button to end the listing and I could do what I like in terms of selling with another estate agents. We relisted elsewhere sold and a year later Connells demanded fees for the sale by way of a debt collection company this went on for approximately a year Connells in house complaints procedure is one sided and a joke it finally concluded with the ombudsmen deciding in my favour also stating Connells actions were inappropriate and I received a small compensation settlement so definitely AVOID THEM
23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Simeon at David Charles promised to sell our house, and indeed he did. Despite some ups and downs, he managed to get it over the line. He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.
22nd Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Helen Barr and Qais acted very professionally and were helpful and supportive from day 1 to ensure the sale of my property in Moor park, Northwood was successfully sold. They are both highly skilled, professional and kept me updated at every stage of the sale process through regular communication and updates. I would recommend Savills to all buyers and sellers as well as my friends and family members. A friendly and very helpful branch.
20th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Do not recommend. They were ok at beginning of tenancy as they want to make money Ofc. But extremely difficult at end of tenancy. They tried to take my deposit for things I was not responsible for such as a faulty boiler (which I reported months before I handed in my notice). They were aware of this as they provided the inventory. Very difficult and rude admin personnel. Avoid. Avoid.

And how right he was !!! He was above board arranging viewings, keeping me updated with the outcome of each viewing. Every conversation with me, he kept my confidence up. The service he provided was in good faith and honest. No fuss at all. I am so grateful to David and everyone who contributed towards the sale of my house. They said from the start they would sell my house .... and they kept their word. Thank you Martyn Gerrard

21st Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Avoid at all costs! REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would give 0 stars if possible. One year ago I expressed interest in a property and signed a contract with them. The contract was legally supposed to turn into a rolling contract but less than two months left from the end of the fixed-term part, they tried to force me into signing another fixed term contract with an unfair rent increase. Taking side with the landlord, they issued a section 21 notice and I moved out but now they ask me to pay the rent for the duration I have not lived in the property and had no access to it (because I handed over the keys to them upon moving out).

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

5th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!
9th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Was keen on viewing a house but some 12 year old kid named Mo who they have manning the phones was completely useless in organising a viewing and eventually said that the house was sold despite not being sold. I went and viewed the house at another local estate agent who were very good at organising a viewing. I event put in an offer and gazumped the poor person who had the misfortune of dealing with Mo and Co at Brown and Merry. I am currently typing this review from that very house! Lesson learnt, when selling £500K+ houses don’t put a 12 year old as your front of house!
