Ali at Hamptons stood out in particular since he directly understood our need, and once we found the apartment, he made sure everything was going as fast as possible. So glad it worked out, and a particular thank you to Ali!

I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity.
I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant.
Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong.
Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant.
Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent.
Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies.
Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

18th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.
The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.
Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.
They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.
There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.
They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.
Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.
I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.

She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

Tenant foind within timescale suggested. Would thoroughly recommend them for landlords looking to rent their flat in Kensington/Chelsea area
