Having dealt with very pushy agents at other firms, who quite frankly can be untrustworthy and do not act in the best interests of tenants, Cia and Strutts really stood out as super responsive, professional, trustworthy and reliable. I have rented many flats in London and this process was by far the smoothest - thank you very much Cia and team
24th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)The team was dreadful at getting back to us, constantly passing it from one member to another which significantly delayed things - their poor service costs us an additional £150 which could’ve have been sorted for free if they simply replied on time and pulled through with what they said. Very poor communication and lack of accountability.
18th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We didn't proceed with the property due to personal circumstances, but I wanted to recognise how attentive and professional Jack was throughout. He mentioned he was only a week or so into his time at Marsh & Parsons, yet he came across as someone with years of experience behind him. His knowledge of the process, his responsiveness and his polish all reflected a seasoned letting agent.
Even though we didn't take the property, he made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're contacting Marsh & Parsons Earl's Court, ask for Jack for 10/10 service.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)One of the best stadiums there is! Whether your going to see a game or going to a tour, it gives you a great time there. There’s a restaurant and much more there. I recommend going there and will give a fun time for the kids too see stuff like trophies and more.
