We were looking at renting a property and we agreed verbally with the lady showing us the property and she said to go ahead and inform the landlords that we are moving out - only to ghost us for one week and then tell us that the landlord is not willing to remove the couch and so the agreement will not progress! Lovely pickle they put us in!

She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. After a really bad experience with another estate agent, I feel truly blessed. Greenstone Estate Agents are so humane in their approach. They treat tenants with respect. One doesn't feel like a statistic. The situation is tailored around the tenant. Thank you Sara! You're a star! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Greenstone Estates! Playing games, not fufiling contracts and Oliver and manager there were engaging in clear unethical service practices and disgusting customer services carried out. They represent an dodgy estate perfectly. Nothing else positive.

Karen was amazing throughout the whole process, always available, answered all our questions and actioned things quickly. Karen was also really involved at pushing solicitors and keeping us informed so the overall process was smooth. I would 100% recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!
19th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)OK, let's face it, estate agents have a reputation that can make insurance salesmen and second hand car dealers look good. Murray Lee is the exception to the rule - as others have put it here, he is the best of the best! Fourteen years ago we walked into his office and described what we were looking for and he said unfortunately it was a needle in a haystack... the next day he called us to say he had found a needle, and he was right; it turned out to be the perfect place! Murray made a complicated sale run smoothly, keeping lines of communication open and helping everyone through the process. So when we came to put our home on the market all these years later, there was only one person to call - Murray! He said the market was slow and it would be tricky to sell... and then put together an amazing sales pack and got a load of people though the door as soon as we were on the market, resulting in an offer accepted in less than a week. Our sale went though several ups and downs and he was the one that kept it all on track. All those years of experience make him a force to reckon with! Murray knows the market, he knows the area and most importantly, he knows people (in fact, in the Golders Green area it seems like he knows everyone). He goes way beyond just introducing buyers to sellers, he knows how stressful and heart wrenching moving house can be, and he goes the extra mile to make things work for everyone, Yes, the company name is right, Dreamview makes dreams come true... I hope never to move again, but if I did I'd be straight on the phone to this man. Can't recommend him highly enough... and it's not often in life you can say that! Thanks Murray!

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend both Imran and Marble Sales to anyone looking for a new home!

19th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
5th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I vacated my property what is now 6 months, I continue to be ignored and left without my deposit. The behaviour is criminal and I would like to warn others before making the same mistake I did in dealing with this company.

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
