13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Wasted my time, I was interested in one of their properties and tried to arrange a viewing. I made the mistake of agreeing to multiple viewings as well and thought it would be good to see what was in my price range. Five viewings where arranged and after the first which was out of my budget and not really what I was looking for I was informed the rest where cancelled. These viewings were all arranged more than a week in advance. Utterly incompetent. As someone who works with a blue chip retailer who regularly looks at their leases for property, I was especially disappointed their residential service is so poor.

2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work

8th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Engaged with Thomas Kear to help with the conveyancing for a purchase on my new property and he was very helpful by suggesting simply. Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. I had a small amount of time in which to find a property and he made some great recommendations for me to consider and view. Our sale was managed by Amir and Ross and they were both incredibly communicative and responsive, always a pleasure to talk to and I just felt really safe with them. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

She really is, in my opinion, the best agent I've come across recently of all the agents I've met and contacted over the last couple of months. Very warm, welcoming person. We've been on the house hunt for a while and although we came very close to securing a potential property which didn't work out at the end, nevertheless, I had to commend Steph for her professionalism and positive attitude. I do hope we cross paths in the future.

Francis is diligent and highly experienced, enabling him to eliminate problems before they arise, thus taking away the usual stresses and strains that comes with buying and selling your home.

He kept things moving and communicated with us at every stage of the process. I highly recommend buying a property with Ellison's in Collier's Wood.
6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I was with another Agent in Wallington who were absolutely useless, i moved to Cubitt and West after my contract ended. I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.

Really proactive, communication was excellent with a weekly update call as well as an WhatsApp chat and proved they were driven to not only sell my property but also to get the right price. I would definitely recommend Oaks Estate Agent.
