Honestly, she deserves a double pay rise for the level of dedication she brings. Highly recommended!
7th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)After months of mismanagement, overcharging, and broken promises, KFH have now gone one step further — quietly deducting unauthorised fees after confirming in writing that no further charges would be made. They re-labelled their management fee as a “4% rent collection fee” for November, despite acknowledging their management role had ceased, and added new “Rent & Legal Protection” charges we never agreed to. These deductions were made after we had made clear in writing that no further fees were to be taken. Although earlier management fees were finally refunded, KFH continue to act in bad faith by introducing new, invented costs. Their conduct has been deceptive, contradictory, and utterly unprofessional. We will continue to post updates until all unauthorised charges have been refunded.
4th May 2026 (3 days ago)Paul Graham have been professional and thorough throughout the entire process. The team sold us our house so it wasn't hard to go to them to sell it 7 years later. The team kept us informed throughout and offered amazing advise. Greg, Ronnie and Jackie were fantastic and wouldn't urge anyone wanting to market their property to get the A team at Paul Graham Wallington.

Throughout those years, Jade has always been very patient with our queries and always speedy and productive with answers. She was also extremely helpful when our first tenancy ended unexpectedly when our Landlord wanted to sell. She found us a flat in the building next door and we got to move without any fuss at all. Saving what could have been a very stressful event. Very much appreciated all her help.

We ended up purchasing a property via JDM Locksbottom which made the comms so much easier & a big shout out to Emma who navigated us through the process, taking time to keep us informed along the way. Overall a good experience & would definitely recommend JDM

9th Apr 2026 (28 days ago)I have just called this company to get a rough idea of how much a 2 bedroom property would cost in the West Norwood area to buy. I was told that they could not give me anything without a valuation. I said that it was only a rough idea that I required and asked why. The person who answered the phone stated that he did not know who I was. I was only asking a general question and nothing specific. I was really taken back with his answer and attitude. I called a couple of other agents, their answer was much more helpful. I have 2 properties in that area that I am thinking of selling and I will definitely not use Northwood West Norwood. I do not even want to give 1 star.

During these 8 years Anthony has been consistent in his care & understanding of all the needs that have arisen. He is professional & efficient while having empathy for every changing circumstances. I would highly recommend Global House Estates as a renter. You will be listen to and taken care of.

He handled a tight timeline really well and was proactive, responsive, and clear in his communication throughout. It was obvious he worked hard behind the scenes to get everything over the line quickly, while keeping me reassured at every stage. The whole experience felt seamless, which is rare when moving. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him. He was also extremely professional throughout, and both landlords and tenants would be lucky to work with him.

21st Apr 2026 (16 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

22nd Apr 2026 (15 days ago)We saw a house that we were very much interested in viewing. I phoned up in the afternoon to get through to Nigel. House buying can come across as a bit of a lottery. Nigel made the process easy, because he has a warm, friendly, funny and helpful character. After the viewing, I registered my keen interest in the property. We maintained contact while i was waiting to sell. I can honestly say that i would never have got the house without his help. Overall, he is an excellent estate agent that I can recommend with absolute confidence. Would also like to give a big shout out to Lewis, Dane, Rosie, Tamsin for professionalism and hard work getting us over the line. So greatful. Many Thanks. Buy with Cubitt and West with confidence. Don't fancy moving again for a while. Haha. Best wishes Dan.

Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. You are the best!
23rd Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Poor poor customer service. Tried to sell with them for over 6 months, few viewings, never any feedback from viewings and on occasion asked if my tenants could accomm odate viewing late evenings! A very bare minimum approach, eventually had okay offer, accepted then I had to chase them to chase potential buyer who was clearly stalling on getting a solicitor and survey done, so as I expected offer was from a time waster. Asked for my keys to property to be returned signed for and they sent normal post and I'm still waiting! They charge okay commission compared to some estate agents, but never available, never ring back, just lazy approach, like rubbish advert marketing and then sit back and hope property will sell itself. AVOID.
