He went above and beyond to find a property for me and tried to fit my specifications as much as possible. I have never had such an outgoing and positive experience with an estate agent. I could tell he truly cared about finding me a place and not just doing a job. he should get a raise.

Sam and his Team have been absolutely amazing and their advice throughout the process has been invaluable which ultimately got us this beautiful house. They are very professional and kind and even when we had delays with the mortgage, Sam has been patient and kind and kept everyone reassured that we are on the right track. Sam and his Team have the right skill set and maturity to deal with any situations & complex transactions and minimise stress so, if you are looking for the best agent in Wimbledon, Sam Lloyd and his Team are always there and happy to help. 25th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Sadly I did not have a good experience with Jacksons Streatham. I was promised weekly updates, but rarely got them, often having to chase them myself to find out what was going on. When I did speak to the branch manager he was always very pleasant and enthusiastic but seemed clueless as to why the property was not selling. They appeared to get a very decent number of people through the door to view but were unable, over about 16 weeks, to elicit a single offer. They overvalued the property initially - which I was sceptical about from the start(I am not a property selling novice) - but dropping the price did not seem to have any effect. I appreciate the market has been very unstable over the past few months, but we missed a very valuable window at the beginning of the marketing period in which the flat should have sold quite easily. Ultimately I felt obliged to spend thousands of pounds to get the flat 'staged' (it was empty of furniture) in order to make it more attractive to potential buyers - and they still didn't manage to sell it. Some feedback from the agents who were actually showing the property would have gone a long way to helping me understand why it wasn't selling, when equivalent flats in the area were. I felt I had done everything and more and was demoralised by the whole process. I am still struggling to understand what went wrong, so am not able to apportion blame to any one person - it just feels like a systemic failure at that branch, as I know people who have used Jacksons in other parts of London and got better results. Despite feeling quite depressed about the prospect of the flat selIing at all, I subsequently switched agents and my new agent secured an offer within the space of two weeks. I am still wondering how that could have happened, and am annoyed that I did not go with them in the first instance. You live and learn I guess.

Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.- 12th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Nathan from Barnard Marcus Southfields has been great during my house purchase. I had a small amount of time in which to find a property and he made some great recommendations for me to consider and view. So much so, within 10 minutes of viewing one place, I knew the property was what I had been looking for. Nathan has been so helpful, efficient and communicative throughout. Our sale was managed by Amir and Ross and they were both incredibly communicative and responsive, always a pleasure to talk to and I just felt really safe with them. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
23rd Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Amy has been brilliant. She over saw the work on my fathers property in Purley and decorated it in a really tasteful way. She has been great with the tenants and is incredibly helpful and hard working. She is a massive asset to Bairstow Eves. I'm not sure why UCLan Animation has come up but this is my work sign in and I'm not sure how to get out of it!! I live in Lancashire and so it was hard for me to visit but I felt safe in Amy's capable hands. She is a good communicator.

Although they initially did my valuation i went with Annother estate agent which a friend had recommended which was a bad decision. However James kept in touch,once out of contract I moved over to Oaks. Michael and sol came to view the house and asked questions. Viewings started relatively quickly and frequently. I received an offer not too long after. Michael held my solicitors to task. He frequently emailed them and kept me constantly updated.The whole process moved swiftly without any issues. I would recommend oaks ,it was been a fantastic stress free experience selling my house with them All in the month of my birthday ! Thankyou Michael and the team.- 18th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Foxtons offered market valuation for 10x flats. Dipan and his Team @ Foxtons Croydon Lettings achieved market valuation bang on despite current market fluctuations. Entire development was let within just three months. We received professional advise and Dipan guided negotiations to achieve best possible outcome for Landlord. Other agents tried to imitate and undercut - I ignored them. Recommend and will use again. Thank you!

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++
