Their team was extremely helpful, offering professional advice that made the process much smoother for us. I would like to personally thank Natalie from the agency, who guided me through every step of the moving process. Despite a few challenges along the way, her support helped us stay calm and work through everything successfully. I highly recommend Barnard Marcus as an excellent company, and Richmond as a wonderful place to live.

Richard and the team were incredibly professional, responsive, and made everything smooth. When it came time to sell, Kasper was also helpful—always available with updates and support. They made sure we secured the asking price.We've dealt with other estate agents in London, but Hamptons truly stands out for their reliability and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

21st Aug 2024 (9 mo. ago)Unfortunately I have very few nice things to say. They are very good at selling/renting you a property, but that's where it ends. If they are the ones managing a property you are renting or you own, best of luck. We moved into a dirty property that was not properly cleaned, with a broken shower they didn't bother to fix at any point during our tenancy, and the complete wrong information about what utilities the landlord was using (we entered into an 18-month broadband contract to then find out the landlord still had Wifi in the property, and Apple TV). The property was so badly cleaned that we couldn't move in until they organised a cleaning, and even then we paid £300 extra to clean the carpets and mattresses. I thought other agencies in the area were bad, but John D Wood are by far the worst, as there is zero communication between them and the landlord or delineation between what they are responsible for and what the landlord is responsible for. Really amateur and unprofessional behaviour. Won't go to them when looking for a new property in Parsons Green. I know there's a high likelihood they will reply trying to make excuses, but please disregard these.

Indiana provide key advice on what to do to maximise the rental value and had her promotion strategy formalised the first time I showed her the updated property. Her strategy worked as the property was taken within three days of listing. Seven days later, all background checks and paperwork were complete. Greenwoods ensured everything was taken care of, landlord insurance, inventory, walk around with the tenants. I trust them to provide ongoing management of the property including collection of the rent. Great to deal with, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 5th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)We used Village Properties as our letting agents for 9 years. They were fantastic in every respect. They managed to find us great tenants, often in record time. They were constantly on hand to manage any issues with the property and make sure the tenants were well looked after and we were well informed. Being able to trust Sam and the team was vital for us as we were living overseas. When the time came to sell our property, again, Village Properties managed the process seamlessly. Great communication from professional, knowledgable and personable women. I can’t recommend Village Properties more highly.

I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. I was always kept informed of the viewings, updates were regular and the whole process was smooth.
