They have always been friendly and efficient, but also have gone way beyond what might be expected and solved many tricky problems. Especially when dealing with a rather difficult renter, both Sarah and Darren took endless trouble to deal with the frequent problems. I would say they were the perfect agency for anyone renting.

23rd Sep 2025 (24 weeks ago)I just purchased an apartment and Winkworth Paddington office was the agency that took over the whole process. They were very friendly, helpful, professional, and delivered on time. I highly recommend them.
18th Feb 2026 (17 days ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

He was incredibly responsive, even during holidays, and always took the time to answer all of my questions. He is kind, friendly, and very responsible, and he helped me throughout the entire process with the flat. I genuinely felt supported and couldn’t recommend him highly enough????

From buyers who pulled out last minute (twice, idiots!) and the dreaded December sale, nothing daunted their professional attitude. Great local knowledge and always super responsive. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. If you are looking for a lovely home in Shepherds Bush, you need look no further.
24th Feb 2026 (11 days ago)I've just had an incredibly disappointing experience after reading all the positive reviews.<br><br>It started well enough with David coming around, proposing an asking price, getting photos done, and suggesting an ad launch date. I then only had two (or three?) viewings in two months after which the agent just gave up without any discussion or suggestions on what to do beyond price reduction (This was justified by other flats coming on the market at a lower price but when I asked whether they'd actually taken a look at those much smaller flats for comparison, the answer was no - and to me it just showed a lack of effort or professional interest beyond putting an ad on Zoopla).<br><br>The ad for the flat has just disappeared without a word and I feel like I've essentially been ghosted by the estate agent. Perhaps my flat just wasn't expensive enough to be worth the hassle but then I could have found another estate agent.<br><br>It's just super frustrating that I've wasted 3 months (8 weeks of which the ad was up).

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
