Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed. I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time . Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it. Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service. Tom Fleming

From the agent that sowed us the house, Frank to the manager Tom and all of the team members we’ve been in contact with they are all absolute stars ???? Tom in particular took his time to put me at ease with everything that came across and made this process so easy and truly enjoyable for us. Everything went smoothly and very quick They never failed to answer the phone or to get back to me about anything straight away. We had to deal with many agencies during our search but by far Gregory Brown offer the best and most effective service of them all! I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for someone that cares and most importantly get the job done well ! 5 starts all the way

27th Apr 2024 (3 days ago)We bought a house with Hamptons Estate and Letting at Kingston. Paul M. was leading the deal and he went way beyond what one could expect. The deal was incredibly complicated and involved two sellers that didn't want to work together. If it wasn't for Paul would probably still be in process of purchase! I admire how he was constantly pushing different parties and communicating effectively so that we can progress. Thank you very much Paul and the team!

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.
