She was extremely responsive when I had an urgent question about the properties we had been viewing. We were also able to schedule multiple viewing in a short space of time which made it much easier for ourselves, would highly recommended for anyone looking for housings in the West London area!

22nd Apr 2024 (25 days ago)We had a long-lasting pre-judgement against estate agencies after horrible experiences with some local ones(especially Dexters[must avoid] and Chase Buchanan) in Sunbury for last 4 years. Stirling Ackroyd really made us think again because of their professionalism and communication skills, we were totally shocked by the sheer amount of helpfulness they have shown to us and their other clients. It was totally fair and straight-forward compared to other estate agents in this area being dishonest & unfair. I say this very openly, we didn't need to communicate with anyone other than them because there were no distractions or lies between me and every one of their agents. The processes were crystal clear. This was the breaking point in our life in terms of how we perceived estate agents before in a very long time. No matter what you become, you should do it well, fair and correctly. Stirling Ackroyd was the prime example of this. Shout out to Joseph / Brian / Olivia / Sardorbeck / Terry

From the agent that sowed us the house, Frank to the manager Tom and all of the team members we’ve been in contact with they are all absolute stars ???? Tom in particular took his time to put me at ease with everything that came across and made this process so easy and truly enjoyable for us. Everything went smoothly and very quick They never failed to answer the phone or to get back to me about anything straight away. We had to deal with many agencies during our search but by far Gregory Brown offer the best and most effective service of them all! I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for someone that cares and most importantly get the job done well ! 5 starts all the way

Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.

After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Would you rent out your lovely home to be managed by a man who once had a day job defending the country in frigates, destroyers or submarines or by a youngster in a shiny suit who defends a corner table in The Armpit Arms on Fridays? A complete no-brainer! And 14 months later, what was the experience like? Without doubt, words like “efficient” and “reassuring” come to mind whenever we ask ourselves the question. It meant that if problems arose (and with human beings they always do) we were swiftly told about them and, soon after, how they had been sorted. Other times we were supported with periodic updates to kept us in the picture about how the house was running. Two examples: the long and detailed handover checklist, both leaving and returning, was calmly organised on our behalf while cleaning services were arranged without having to lift a finger. Would we call upon Greenwoods again – of course. Would we recommend them to others – mad not to! Chris & Jacqui

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
