27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I was told by an acquaintance that all estate agents in the Epsom area were rubbish! Just as well then that I selected Barnard Marcus in Ewell to sell my late Mother's maisonette. They were friendly and efficient throughout the process and achieved a very acceptable value in very difficult marketing times. Communication was excellent and I was advised of all bookings, receiving feedback afterwards. Everyone there was on the ball and kept a close eye on things as we crept closer to completion. I would highly recommend Barnard Marcus to anyone selling, or buying, in the Ewell area.- 30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend it to anyone out there. 4th Dec 2023 (24 weeks ago)I cannot speak more highly of the team at Ashtead. I sold my house and the whole process was handled professionally and as smoothly as possible. I really liked the personal service and the “genuine” approach, especially having moved the house sale from one of the competitors in the area. Dan and the team were always super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or queries that I had. I also purchased a new home through V&H. Again, Maria and the team were absolute super stars. She is not only an estate agent but provides a real personal experience by going the extra mile, attentive, keeping in touch at the right time evident in my dealings. Customer service is key and Jackie has an excellent supporting team. I was fully kept in the picture at all times making the sale a successful outcome.

We had a lot of bumps along the way (due to both our management company and our buyer's solicitor), but Craig went above and beyond to help get us across the line. Thoroughly recommend them.

18th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.

He kept us informed of viewers feedback and how things were progressing after we accepted an offer. He was always on hand to help guide us through the inevitable highs and lows of this type of transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his firm.

Dan, the estate agent I met during a viewing, was not only nice but also incredibly professional, offering valuable advice throughout. His assistance didn't stop at the viewing. He actively supported me while putting forward my offer and efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork. Thanks to Dan's swift actions, within a week from the initial viewing, I had the keys to my new place. I'm very grateful for his understanding of my urgency to move in quickly. I highly recommend Dan and the company for their exceptional service and commitment to helping clients swiftly transition into their new homes.

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything.
