Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

As a tenant it's definitely the best experience I've had – super quick in case of repairs etc. Can recommend them 100%.

Michael was extremely helpful in my (long) search for a flat and he went out of his way to help me even with my own selling process, recommending me options and giving me general advice. He was honest and knowledgeable about every property I went to view. He kept in mind my preferences and was able to find and recommend suitable properties. He always followed up on any queries or issues I had. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area and even if you aren't buying in the area, he'll find someone who can help :)

After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell or purchase!

4th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our very large family home and after asking a few agents around were impressed by the smallest, local agent, Big Move. Aaron arrived having extensive knowledge of how the market was and how much other similar homes were selling for etc. Throughout the journey, he has been professional, responsive and always kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale as soon as he had news. We were overseas for much of the time and Aaron managed all viewings, scheduled surveyors and even workmen who had to go in when we had a leak. We felt confident in handing Aaron the keys and he checked it regularly for us. Even now, after completion, Aaron is helping us with other aspects arising from the sale. We would always recommend Aaron and Big Move to all of our friends in the Hackney area.

22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

So helpful, very clear, offering me excellent insights and advice - making me feel calm, and in control. Also his characteristic charm bought some joy and levity to a typically v stressful experience. The house ended up falling through as my chain broke but in this Mosh was fair and clear and did his absolute best to help me navigate and keep me in the game. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

From getting viewings through to securing a sale we received ongoing support and were kept fully up speed. Toby worked closely with ourselves and the purchasers to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible and we would not hesitate to use them again. Winnie at Circa EC2 helped me with putting an offer in for a property and getting terms and requests approved with the landlord in a very communicative way that advocated for me as a prospective tenant as much as for the landlord, something all too rare in the London market. I would highly recommend Circa to anyone searching for a flat in London over any other letting agent I have used.
