25th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Rodrigo called me yesterday to arrange a viewing in Oval, with viewings organised between 1700 and 1800 for today. I confirmed 1745 on my day off. At 1649 I received an email confirming the viewing and requesting my phone number, despite calling me the day before. I received a phone call at 1722 to cancel the viewing from another agent, not sure who but she was apologetic and polite. I don’t believe for a minute it was due to the tenant cancelling half way through the viewing slot but Rodrigo not setting it up. The man didn’t even have the decency to call me and cancel himself. I wasted a two and a half hour round trip on my day off. Absolute clown behaviour. Thank you.

He kept me updated throughout and was always happy to answer any questions. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent!
1st Apr 2026 (6 days ago)We do not recommend working with this branch, particularly with Ms Alina Alexa, Director (Management), Lettings. The service provided was highly unprofessional. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation with the landlord or offering a formal apology, the communication was extremely rude and lacking in basic professionalism.

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. 16th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)Transition from Dubai to London was very stressful and had no to limited idea about rentals in London however after contacting several people and agents we found Allen Goldstein and met Lui . Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)Valuation accuracy was slightly off, with a price reduction needed. However market conditions are tough with a lot of uncertainty and they were transparent with this. Initial communication on coming to the market was not great, with my main contact having to repeatedly be chased for updates. But when we got into a flow, communication improved. However first impressions count. Local market knowledge is excellent and with a smallish catchment area and good inter-office network I felt I was well represented.
