She took the time to really understand what we needed and was very thoughtful in bringing us the best deals and options on the market that suited us, rather than just pushing something generic. She is excellent at managing client relationships, and what made the biggest difference was how personally invested and supportive she was. She connected with us very naturally, showed real empathy, and helped guide us through some stressful moments with patience, reassurance, and professionalism. Working with her felt both efficient and genuinely human, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

There were some quite difficult aspects involved and these were handled professionally, as well as courteously, by Andrea Frigo, the lead conveyancer. The result was a successful sale, satisfactory to all parties. We would not hesitate for a second to use this company again or to recommend it to others.

11th Mar 2026 (26 days ago)As a resident of the building managed by this company and I am concerned about the security measures currently in place. Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

30th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I had a really bad experience with Dockland Real Estate and honestly wouldn’t recommend them. When I moved out of my room, they tried to unfairly deduct money from my deposit. One of the main issues was council tax, there were two of us living in the property on separate contracts, and even the council confirmed we shouldn’t be individually charged in that setup. Despite this, the agency still tried to take it from my deposit. They also attempted to charge a cleaning fee even though I left the place clean. When I asked for proof or a receipt, they couldn’t provide anything. I ended up taking the case to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), which took a few months, but in the end I got all of my money back. That says a lot. What made things worse is that afterwards, when I needed a reference for a new place, they either refused to provide one or gave a negative impression, which affected me when trying to rent again. Overall, I found them very unfair and unprofessional. Just be careful if you’re considering renting through them make sure everything is documented and don’t hesitate to challenge anything that doesn’t feel right.

He made everything smooth and stress-free, with no delays or complications at any stage.
