She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected. We’d definitely recommend Shash to anyone looking for an estate agent who is responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.

They managed what became a fairly volatile and challenging situation with real expertise, professionalism and empathy throughout.<br><br>From the outset, they took the time to properly understand the property, meaning they could answer our questions when showing us around and, when they didn’t immediately have an answer, worked hard to get one. They were knowledgeable, responsive and consistently strong communicators, while also doing a great job of articulating the value of the property without ever resorting to the traditional pushy, hard-sell approach.<br><br>What really stood out was the combination of professionalism and a genuine local touch. You can see why they have been in the business for such a long time. Experienced, thoughtful and hardworking, and a very different experience from the stereotypical estate agent.

Having dealt with very pushy agents at other firms, who quite frankly can be untrustworthy and do not act in the best interests of tenants, Cia and Strutts really stood out as super responsive, professional, trustworthy and reliable. I have rented many flats in London and this process was by far the smoothest - thank you very much Cia and team

Dan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and importantly, a genuinely decent and trustworthy person to deal with, providing reassurance throughout what was at times a very stressful sales process across the chain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Warning to those who want to rent their flat on their full management package. They charge for twice or three times for any service. For an engineer investigation, they charged me around £200 and their engineer gave me a false reason for my boiler issue. They charged me £85 just for a slat of a bed. These charges are exclusive of their monthly fee. I am completely disappointed.

Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Platon was especially helpful, reliable and someone I felt I could genuinely trust throughout the process. 13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)We vacated the property in Feltham in January 2025\. At the time of leaving, the agency visited the property, took photographs and collected the keys from us\. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls and sent several text messages regarding the return of our tenancy deposit, but we have still not received it or a proper response from the agency\.<br><br>It is extremely disappointing to experience such poor communication and a lack of resolution despite repeated attempts to contact them\. It has been a considerable amount of time, and we are still left chasing our own money\.<br><br>I hope the agency takes this matter seriously, responds to our concerns and resolves the outstanding deposit issue as soon as possible\. Based on our experience, the lack of communication and follow\-up has been very frustrating\.
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I met Maria last year when she valued the property for probate and confirmed she could sell the house for me, sadly it took 9 months for probate and a reoccurring cancer issue on my health led to a slight delay which she handled with fantastic empathy and professionalism to understand my health issue and concerns and to work with me to make it work, i had viewings within a day of the property on market sometimes 3 in a day, always is that ok rob or how are you feeling. She got me an offer within 10days within 1% of the asking price. She was available for everything always on time kind courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If an issue arose she had it fixed that day and had my complete faith dealing with my solicitor emma at Stone Rowe brewer and they got the sale completed. No matter what I had to do she backed me and nothing was too much trouble. I sadly wont be moving again however I cannot recommend her highly enough and can as I've said many times Maria, heartfelt thanks for all of your time kind words calls messages and for making it happen. They were super friendly and lovely to work with, super fast in last minute viewings and offers, responded quickly and I was able to move into my flat within less than a week of putting an offer in. Overall, they made the process of putting in an offer and moving into my flat seamless and were incredibly friendly and helpful after the fact as well. Would definitely recommend working with the team here!
