We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We worked together for over a year and during that time she helped us rent out our home as well as find a new one for our growing family. Our circumstances changed several times along the way with schools, locations and family needs, and every time I changed my mind or updated what we were looking for, Shereen was patient, understanding and always supportive. What meant the most to me was how well she listened. She understood exactly what I wanted and never wasted my time showing me properties that were clearly not right for us. As a mum with limited time between children, school runs and activities, that meant so much. She made what can be a stressful process feel easier and far less overwhelming. After working together for so long, you naturally get to know someone, and I can honestly say that Shereen is not only an excellent agent but also a genuinely lovely person. She is warm, kind, hardworking and you can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. That is something quite rare. Over time she became much more than just the person helping us move. She became someone I genuinely enjoyed hearing from and dealing with. She works incredibly hard, always with positivity and such a lovely energy. Shereen is still so young, in her early twenties, and already so impressive. She has a brilliant future ahead of her and I have no doubt she will do incredibly well. Thank you so much, Shereen, for everything you did for us. We are truly grateful.
1st Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. 13th May 2026 (7 days ago)Since moving into our property last month, Bianca and the team at Dutch and Dutch have been exceptional in helping us settle in smoothly. A few things needed sorting after we moved in, and everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle. What really stood out was the level of responsiveness and care from Bianca throughout the process. When we needed a new sofa and mattress, both were arranged and delivered within a few hours that same afternoon, which was hugely appreciated. Bianca has been consistently proactive, responsive, and incredibly helpful, and we’ve genuinely felt very well looked after by the whole team at Dutch and Dutch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

18th May 2026 (2 days ago)It felt like the agents had our best interests at heart right from the very beginning. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, especially as we were dealing with buyers whose solicitors were extremely slow and unresponsive. The team went above and beyond, constantly chasing the buyers’ solicitors when we were getting no communication at all. Despite an exhausting 12?month journey to finally complete the sale, their level of service never dropped, they remained proactive, supportive, and fully committed from start to finish. I would happily recommend these agents and would be more than happy to work with them again in the future. As first time sellers, Foxtons weren't our first choice estate agents, having been told local ones would be our best option. After no luck and generating little interest for over a year, we shifted to Foxtons in the hope that their market outreach might work and it instantly did. Joe and James were great from day one. They helped to generate plenty of interest, were extremely responsive and always happy to help us. As first time sellers, they stepped us through everything clearly and kept the pressure on our buyer. Would highly recommend!

Maddy and Ashleigh McCabe were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What we appreciated most was their honesty and proactive approach.
