He managed to rent our house out just before Christmas in record time, which was incredibly impressive. His efficiency throughout the entire process was outstanding, and he secured us multiple offers with excellent-quality tenants. Richard handled everything seamlessly, getting the property fully prepared for the new tenancy and completing all the paperwork so quickly and smoothly. The level of organisation and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. We had experience with several agents in the area, but the service from Churchods was by far the best. We were also extremely impressed with the value for money and the overall cost of the service. We are very grateful and truly impressed. Thank you for making the whole process so easy. From the moment we walked through the door, Glen was kind, attentive, and worked hard to make sure all our needs were met. It genuinely felt like he cared about helping us find the right place, not just closing a deal. What really stood out was his responsiveness to our questions and the honesty and transparency he showed throughout the whole process. That level of trust made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and reassuring. In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. Jan Kolasa of their St John’s Wood Office and Ciprian from Clifton Road have been truly exceptional … nothing has been too much trouble ; they have been diligent , most polite and thoroughly efficient at all times. They are amazing assets to Chesterton. Searching for a suitable property to rent can be an onerous experience but Chesterton with the help of the two such exceptional professionals has made this process a delightfully pleasant experience. Very well done indeed !

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
11th Mar 2026 (24 days ago)What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. 5th Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

From the very beginning, Gary was incredibly attentive and supportive during the offer stage, making the process feel smooth and straightforward. As things progressed, Alan was equally excellent in managing the sales progression. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly throughout, and was always on hand to help. Both Gary and Alan were a pleasure to work with — genuine, professional, responsive, and extremely helpful at every stage.
