They have gone above and beyond to ensure that everything has been handled correctly and that the resolution has been reached in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the very professional John Alexander staff in the future, having dealt with both Tiptree and Colchester offices. Everyone I have had dealings with in the company has been exemplary - well done, and thank you!

4th Apr 2025 (18 days ago)Just sold and bought through Fenn wright Manningtree. Always found everyone in the team to be really friendly and approachable. Sale/purchase was frustrating at times due to being in a chain and slow solicitors etc…, I’m not sure we could have done it without Helen’s persistent chasing which I’m very grateful for!

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

We were in a long chain which at times was very stressful but Andy and his team were very involved throughout the whole process, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend using them.
10th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)William H Brown has been absolutely amazing in our house buying process. As a first time buyers we were new to this process and luckily we had Sam Wooldridge on our side, who was outstanding through out the whole process. We cant thank him enough and without any doubt we want to give him 10/10. He is down to earth, calm and a very helpful person. Even though it took a while to get the keys to our first home, due to issues with in our chain, Sam was always there for us with regular updates and due to his guidance and assurance we kept going. In the end, it was worth the wait. We finally got our keys in June this year. Huge thanks to Sam and all other staff John, Graham and Ashleigh at WH Brown for their selfless service through out. We highly recommend them. ????????

And my sincerely thanks goes to Megan power for all her help and support in making sure that I rented this amazing and beautiful house. There requirement was so moderate, no stress in the process. I must confess that i will recommend Harris and wood renting agent to my friends and people who would want to rent a house because there are the best. Thank u.

I’d seen Nick’s agency and I thought that his experience and approach would be more suited to us and we were absolutely not disappointed. Responsive, highly experienced, patient, professional and hands on, just what we needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

29th Mar 2025 (24 days ago)We were impressed by the photography and drone footage that Oakheart created to market the house. The sale took longer than expected, and the eventual price achieved was less than forecast. However we acknowledge that this was a property with potential, but requiring considerable modernistion, so would have appealed to a limited audience. Our 5* rating was in no small part due to Amy Lillistone, the Oakheart Sales Progressor, who did a brilliant job "chasing the chain" to ensure that completion was effected before the increase in stamp duty.

From the initial drop in to discuss the thought of selling, to the valuation visit, photo and video shoot, received offer updates and final figure negotiations through to handing in the keys to enable the sale to complete and the new owners move in, all the staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive. You felt you got a personal but also professional experience. If thinking of selling a property in the Norwich area would highly recommend.
