We have been delighted with their professionalism integrity and how they add value to the Agency and conveyancing process. Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). James, Andrea, Hannah and Connie could not have done more to get our house sold. From initial marketing, viewings, securing a completed chain and ultimately getting the sale 'over the line', ADM were there every step of the way - going above and beyond dealing/chasing solicitors and involved estate agents. They were always there to support us throughout the process. The team, led by James, were professional, always kept us informed and responded positively to our phone calls - which proved reassuring during the ups and downs of the conveyancing process. Thank you ADM ?????? Highly recommended.
5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

15th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I would genuinely recommend using Truepenny’s Charlton if you want to sell your property. From the initial valuation (which was much more realistic that other overly inflated figures from other estate agents) the service by the team in the Charlton branch was excellent. We were trying to sell our flat in an already difficult market but Bhavi and David secured many viewings over the summer and finally an offer was made. The team were always available to help and nudge things along. I’d happily use them again.- 28th May 2026 (22 days ago)Had very good experience with this estate agent. Their communication was excellent — they would answer any email within an hour and were always helpful and professional.
