From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer. I never truly understood the importance of having the right estate agent as everyone looks on Rightmove, however now I can see that a credible estate agent gets the right people through the door which beats just having a number of people viewing and the after offer support to ensure that everything ran smoothly has been brilliant. Highly recommend Grant Allen Estate Agents if you are considering moving! ??????????????????

He supported me throughout the whole mortgage process, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever I had questions. 23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.

Nicola was in contact with both solicitors and made sure that the whole process ran smoothly and everyone was on the ball. Great team and if I ever have to sell a property again, I will happily use Temme English.
13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Ridiculously good service, went far beyond what was required<br><br>Matt wasn't even our estate agent, they were acting for the seller, yet they were the single reason our purchase got over the line.<br><br>Our chain went quiet and Matt called us every day with updates, they were chasing solicitors and coordinating between all the estate agents in the chain to keep things moving.<br><br>At points it honestly felt like they were project-managing the entire 5 person chain single-handedly. They did everything they could to make the process less stressful.<br><br>If we ever sell in the area, Bairstow Eves will be the first call we make.

We eventually agreed that it was the wrong time for us to move and that we would start again in a year's time. Steven reached out a year later and without any pressure asked if we would be ready, and we said yes.<br><br>Ashleigh and Sophia managed viewings and were always professional and gave detailed feedback on our viewers' thoughts. We never chased them as they knew when to get in touch and gave realistic timelines.<br><br>Ashleigh managed the sales process, once we accepted the offer on our property. She was proactive and consistently updated us with any developments. Ashleigh was always honest, informative, but also empathised with us when we encountered delays or setbacks from the chain. She never pressured us to make any decisions, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole team exceeded our expectations. When it was time to hand in my keys, I entered the office whilst the team was having a good time, mid-song and laughing, which just showed me what a friendly and high-performing team looks like. I would highly recommend them.
