He was highly professional and clearly very experienced, guiding us confidently through every stage of the process. We felt completely supported throughout conveyancing, as well as helping us understand aspects of the surveys and even helping to support with our own chain. Josh kept everything on track and made the process feel extremely smooth and stress free as there were aspects we wouldn’t have been able to deal with ourselves as first time buyers. From the very start, she was professional, knowledgeable, and was quick in answering queries about the process. What really stood out against other agents was the non- pushy approach before we decided to proceed, and their marketing strategy. Jess secured 6 viewings within the first couple of days, which led to us having a choice of offers. Thanks to Jess’ negotiations, our home sold considerably above the asking price, and we were confident that all the right questions had been asked. We were happy that Jess was contactable for any queries, especially as it was our first time selling a property, and she was able to give advice about the property we purchased. Thank you, Jess. The marketing was excellent and we were very pleased with the photos that Daniel took. Our house sold on the first day it went on the market and the team were very efficient in dealing with the offers made and keeping us in the loop at all times. The property we purchased was also with Fenn Wright, once again we were impressed when shown around by the team and felt we could trust their advice. We would certainly recommend Fenn Wright to anyone who is thinking of putting their house on the market.

She was so welcoming and informative she made us feel so comfortable. Luckily we ended up being successful and our offer was accepted. The whole process so far has been so incredibly smooth. Couldn't recommend them enough!

19th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Although I haven’t ended up buying a property through Douglas Allen, I did want to leave a review for Oscar Garcia. I’ve been searching for around 18 months now, and during that time Oscar has been one of the few agents who has stayed in touch consistently without being pushy. He has mainly been in contact with my mum rather than me directly, but even so, it’s been clear that he’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and only reaches out when something relevant comes up, which makes a big difference. Compared to other agents I’ve spoken to, who often ignore my criteria, Oscar has been far more attentive and considerate. Even without a completed purchase, his communication and approach have really stood out. A genuinely helpful and professional experience.

She has really taken the stress out of the process and I am grateful for her strong communication skills - even when there was nothing update, she has let me know, which I found really useful (rather than just wondering what was going on). I look forward to continuing to work with Elle and for her taking away the stress of renting the property out!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
14th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
27th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)I was recommended to Balgores Estate Agents, Wickford office by my friend Liz, and despite a hard long slog to sell my parents home I am greatful she did and I cannot fault the service that the Balgores team provided. The sale suffered several setbacks and numerous delays, all outside the control of Balgores, but despite this the team dusted themselves off every time and renewed their efforts. Special mention to both Ewan and Georgia for excellent communication and sheer bloody-minded perseverance getting us over the line. For professionalism and customer service I would highly recommend Balgores.
