I’d like to mention a few names. Micheal, Lauren, Mark and Sue have been so helpful working so hard to get all the forms filled out and work through all the issues we’ve had. Thank you so much guys. This was actually the second time we’ve worked with them, and I was so impressed to see that their high standards haven't changed. Throughout the process, there were moments where it felt like Louise was the only person truly pushing and advocate for us to make the deal happen. Her tenacity and hard work were the reason we crossed the finish line, and we recognize that without her, it might not have happened at all! She was so welcoming and informative she made us feel so comfortable. Luckily we ended up being successful and our offer was accepted. The whole process so far has been so incredibly smooth. I’ve been searching for around 18 months now, and during that time Oscar has been one of the few agents who has stayed in touch consistently without being pushy. He has mainly been in contact with my mum rather than me directly, but even so, it’s been clear that he’s taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and only reaches out when something relevant comes up, which makes a big difference. Compared to other agents I’ve spoken to, who often ignore my criteria, Oscar has been far more attentive and considerate. Even without a completed purchase, his communication and approach have really stood out. A genuinely helpful and professional experience.

After a tenant dropped out at the last minute, Elle had it back in the market within a day and let by the end of the following working day! She has really taken the stress out of the process and I am grateful for her strong communication skills - even when there was nothing update, she has let me know, which I found really useful (rather than just wondering what was going on). I look forward to continuing to work with Elle and for her taking away the stress of renting the property out!

Although I was not a direct user of their agency for my sale, both Faye and Mandy were instrumental in managing the chain and the sales process for their buyer and was in contact with me throughout as the seller. They went above and beyond—not only assisting with the sale itself, but also helping to secure short-term tenants and guiding me through a deed of variation. 14th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
