Gavin, Federica and Jordan were excellent at facilitating viewings and my property was marketed really well. I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. She also kept the communication going between me and my buyer. I could not have asked for a better agent to have been involved.
13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

From the outset, Sigourney explained things clearly and sensitively, which made a very difficult and emotional process far easier to manage. Communication was always prompt, courteous, and reassuring, and I felt fully supported at every stage. What stood out most was the calm and compassionate manner in which matters were dealt with. I always felt treated with patience, respect, and understanding, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the probate process. Sophie and Adele (and all others who were involved) have been excellent with their communication throughout, especially when external factors meant that there were some unexpected delays. Right from the start, he went above and beyond and made what could have been a really stressful process so much easier. He was always available to answer our questions, whether it was during working hours, in the evenings or even on weekends. He kept communication flowing between us and our buyer, making sure we were always up to date and never left wondering. Ian also gave us some brilliant advice on the photos and listing, which made a real difference in getting people through the door for viewings. Throughout the whole process his experience and attention to detail was obvious. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Looking back, we don't think we would have sold our flat without him. Couldn't recommend Ian more highly. Thank you so much for everything

8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Instructed Dan on a probate property. From start to finish Dan did everything he could to make the process seamless and easy for us. Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.

We had a few agents come out to value our property, but we decided to go with Colubrid because, from our first meeting, Joshua seemed extremely confident that he could sell our home quickly. As the Chelmer Village estate agent, he explained that properties like ours are his bread and butter. Our property went on the market on Thursday and was sold by Monday. I cannot thank Joshua and the team enough for their hard work and professionalism throughout. I believe Millie conducted the viewings, and I was told she was local to the area. That certainly showed, as her knowledge of Chelmer Village helped generate multiple offers on our property. If you're thinking of choosing Colubrid, don't hesitate. I would highly recommend them.

27th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing. We found Arun to be unprofessional and lacking in transparency throughout the process. Communication was poor, and we were left feeling misled and unfairly treated. Overall, we have no confidence in the way our purchase was handled and would not recommend this estate agent based on our experience.<br>This was by far the worst estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I found the whole process lacking in transparency. I was also concerned that the AML checks were carried out through a company connected to the agent’s wife, without this being made clear upfront. Charging £300 each ( most estate agents charge £36). When we questioned this it was brought down to £150. They also wanted us to pay a deposit. The contract was not clear if we would get back.<br><br>The most upsetting part was that, while we were in the property viewing it again, we later discovered it had been sold to another buyer for just £3,000 more. We felt completely misled and extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend using this estate agent.

I would use them again.
17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We had initially reached out to a few agents in Brentwood, but WHB stood out to us.<br><br>During our first meeting Steven was friendly, professional, and gave us everything we needed. We eventually agreed that it was the wrong time for us to move and that we would start again in a year's time. Steven reached out a year later and without any pressure asked if we would be ready, and we said yes.<br><br>Ashleigh and Sophia managed viewings and were always professional and gave detailed feedback on our viewers' thoughts. We never chased them as they knew when to get in touch and gave realistic timelines.<br><br>Ashleigh managed the sales process, once we accepted the offer on our property. She was proactive and consistently updated us with any developments. Ashleigh was always honest, informative, but also empathised with us when we encountered delays or setbacks from the chain. She never pressured us to make any decisions, which we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole team exceeded our expectations. When it was time to hand in my keys, I entered the office whilst the team was having a good time, mid-song and laughing, which just showed me what a friendly and high-performing team looks like. I would highly recommend them.
